    This is about the ******************* I have been taking my car which is a 2011 Honda Civic for years and have always felt like they were taking care of my car and me. Last month and this month they failed me and my car. I took it in because the check engine light was on. They did diagnostics and Multipoint Inspection which all was OK especially 1. Engine coolant level and condition 2. Inspect engine cooling system (leaks/wear/damage 3. Inspect heating and air conditioning operation They billed me $499.75 and it states Thermostat ***** and Coolant. 7/14/23 I had to take my mom to the hospital in Temple. NO air conditioner each way. I called them from Temple and was told $250 to start and did not care. We have 100+ Temps here in ***** with 2 windows down and I am 67 and my mom is 90. We got stuck in traffic and it was brutal. When I got home I called them and left a message. 7/15/23 went there 7:30 am. *********************** the manager after telling him everything we experience said $250 which is all I had since I am retired and on SSA. It would cost more so financing which I do everything cash and have no credit cards to get that but why would I have to since everything was OK last month. I only drive local for necessities and not much at all. I sat there for 7+ hours with nothing in my stomach waiting to see about my air conditioner because as I told him I have to take my mom back to the hospital in Temple and need air conditioning. *********************** told ***** to give him my ticket like he really cared but lights out in his office gone. This was so upsetting and I was tired from no sleep and the experience with my mom the previous day. After 7+ hours I just wanted to leave but trustedmycar was taken care of and air conditioning. I got billed $108.13 and it only says *****. When I left my car was the same as when I got there. I called and told ***** and it was horrible and I felt like an Idiot. ***** was the only one that made me feel like I mattered. Sad.

    I bought a 2020 *** Terrain from Cleo bay Honda in *******, ***** at the end of March 2024. When buying the vehicle they offered me an extended warranty company called iA American warranty group. Shortly after the 30 day window of buying this vehicle my transmission went completely out. I was rerouted to Patriot Buick *** to service my vehicle. This warranty company that I bought through Cleo bay Honda has not helped me in any way shape or form. They sent me the wrong part once and a damaged/broken transmission the second time. The *** Dealership is still waiting for the correct part to come in. Therefore, Ive been without a vehicle for over a month now. For approximately 2 weeks in the beginning of this process, Honda was giving me a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being serviced. While my car is still being serviced they are refusing to assist with any support vehicle wise. They claim that because I dont have a Honda vehicle being serviced with them, that they cant give me a loaner anymore. Every time *** tried calling them, the employees have been extremely rude and I have been hung up on a few times after explaining my situation. The extended warranty company will only assist with $150 for a rental vehicle, again my car has been being service since the beginning of may. Being that the warranty isnt helping with much, I would have thought that Cleo Bay Honda would be more helpful than they have been, as I did buy this vehicle from them.
