    I was looking for a place to store a vehicle that I still have a loan on and that does not run. I called this place and spoke with a guy named ******* who was helpful and told him if I decide to rent a unit I would call back. I found a place that was a bit cheaper and closer to where I was having the vehicle towed from so I did not call ***********************. Well, a week later ******* sends me a text with a MEME that says, seriously what is going on here? And a message stating it was ******* and that he hadnt heard back from me. I told him I decided to go with a different place and that I thought the message was inappropriate and unprofessional and to please not text me again. He promptly sends me another meme with the cat from puss and boots thats says eh, and then a message that says *******! So then I call to speak with his boss and was promptly sent to voicemail and sent ANOTHER text that says, Maam, drop it. Then ANOTHER text that said, I was actually trying to do you a favor. We dont take broke down cars. I retorted with a text telling him that if he texted me again I would consider it harassment and that I appreciate that he was trying to help me but I went with another place and for him to drop it. Is this the level of service we can expect these days? I am glad I didnt rent from this unprofessional person and do NOT recommend this company.
