      I started having problems with the car a month later from purchasing it, noting they can do because I didnt have a warranty now the car have a recall on it that they cant do nothing about until 2025, now I have no car

      I was sent an offer for a vehicle directly from the Kia *********** after inquiring . The sales rep emailed me the offer theyre offer for financing the vehicle.. the following day I spoke with the sales rep he assured me that my deal was done I just needed to test drive and sign everything was already completed. Shortly before arriving they rep calls me saying the vehicle that was supposed to be locked in for purchase for 72hrs pending sale, had been sold that morning , after i walked around the lot , that was not true, they offered me a similar vehicle guaranteed me the same terms , I get approved sign the documents registration etc , then the rep comes back to ask me for documents he was already aware that I did not bring with me because my original purchase was supposed to be ready for pickup. After showing them the dealer offer as well as the true car terms I qualified for , that the dealer is supposed to Honor and have obligation to do so when partners through true car. They gave me false financing information to try to obtain a down payment from me even after I had already been approved and signed my financing contract. Upon the sales rep and sales manager and another come back to me and are now very aggressive, and threatening me with security I was not irate at all and theres video footage . The sales manager basically rescinded my auto deal because the sales manager ******************** as well as ************************ were concerned if they were going to be paid the commission stated ******************** verbatim. The entire purchase was based around my personal terms , 0 down @ 22%apr & 420 monthly payment thats what I agreed and signed my signature on for the purchase. And just before the rep was about to pull the vehicle out for a quick detail to wrap it all up , is when both the manager and rep started asking me for documentation that both people knew I did not have with me. Lied about financing options from non lenders and saying they were requesting down payments.

      In order to finalize the purchase of the vehicle the lender, based on the applicant's credit history, required additional information from the customer that he was unwilling to provide. The pre-approval offer is an estimate of payments contingent to a final bank approval.

      I am rejecting this response because: upon arrival to the dealer I spoke to ************************ several times , to ensure a smooth process and also alerted him that I was not going to be able to provide said documentation because I was already enroute to the dealership when he notified me that the vehicle from the original purchase was sold earlier that morning even though the vehicle should have been noted that a potential purchase was en affect and placed on hold like I was notified it would be for 48hrs . Upon arrival at the dealer did all said paperwork yet again although I was not supposed to have my credit ran multiple times over outside of the report already provided by their third party agreement. Upon finalizing the deal signed my name on the contract and agreed terms did *********************** ask me for a document that he was well aware in the time i sat at his desk that i didnt have the documents he was requesting. According to himself and ******************* my deal was already completed upon my arrival.

      ON dec. 5th 2023 my name was ran for a car with Ally FIn. and Dennis Eakin Kia with expired DL i didn't sign for it or i wasn't contact about any such thing i know if it when it hit my credit report i would like for them to remove it from my credit report

      Purchased vehicle on July 16th 2022 On September 22nd 22 was back in the shop due to burning oil drove it **** miles took it back to the shop it lost 2 quarts within a **** miles I was told to bring it back in another **** miles after they cleaned the engine so I did and it lost pretty much a quart of oil they that was Normal per *** it should not be burning that much oil in a **** miles I travel a lot they failed to tell me at time of purchase that there was any issues in fact they said it was a decent vehicle and there wasnt anything wrong with it Im in the military and I travel far distance to visit family and I cant even do that at the moment because I cant trust the vehicle that they sold me Im not to happy especially because I thought I was getting a decent vehicle I traded in my Jetta that had no issues for me to come out with a worser outcome I have talked to the sales manager too see if they could get me in a different vehicle and he couldnt give me any answers what so ever.
