      We had a mistake in entering our paperwork that caused us to be charged for an additional month of service we didn't ask for. We have been trying to get that corrected but because the mistake included a date that the business uses to determine a time-frame when issues can be corrected we have been getting the run around. They have been wasting time to try and drag the issue out further to avoid refunding us for the month of service.

      Regarding the Complaint, there is insufficient information for us to provide a response.  We are unable to locate any information in our system for an ********** ******** in New Mexico.

      In addition, the Complaint is so vaguely worded, we are unable even approximate a guess as to what "service" she is referring to. Please provide additional details (e.g., the name of your employer, the type of service and additional background and facts) to enable us to investigate and respond.  *** ******** can also reach out to our Contact Center directly at 866-715-3552 for assistance.

      The business ended up refunding me and correcting the issue but I couldn't fiigure how to update the BBB report I filed to report that.

      This company continually sends physical mailed solicitations despite multiple reach-outs to stop. 12/27/21 - Received an unwanted mailer - emailed to [email protected] to opt-out 1/18/22 - Received an unwanted mailer - emailed to check on status 3/18/22 - Received an unwanted mailer - emailed to [email protected] to opt-out 4/17/22 - Have received another letter from Insperity Company has failed to respond to any emails. Request is simply for them to stop sending me physical mailers, placement on any opt-out lists, and respond with an update.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  If the business continues to send out solicitations, and will not resolve properly via the provided email address, a new case will be opened.
