      I placed an order on november 25, 2023- for almost 2 weeks i have been trying to contact the googan squad about a refund and return- the return address they provide doesnt work. no one has returned one message i send several a day- i just want to return the item that is too small for my son, the total for fishing pants was $46.99 that included shipping my order number is GS541426. all i want is my money back and to return the item that is too small

      I placed an order with Googansquad 11-17-2023. They only sent part of my order. I am still missing 2 items. I have sent several messages to ***************************** as well as their Instagram and ******** page. I have not one time received any response regarding the rest of my order. They have no phone number to contact anyone just the email. My items say they were fulfilled however when you click on the *** tracking for the 2 items missing it just says a labeled was created 11/28/23. I really wanted my items for Christmas. Not only am I missing items but they offered a 10% discount for first time customers. I applied the discount it took the amount off my purchase but when I clicked to pay it added it back and charged me the full amount. I do not know what to do no one will answer

      Someone from Googan finally contacted me today and has refunded my money.

      I placed 2 orders. One on May 25th and another on May 29th for numerous items (***** items) in excess of $150. I received one of my items thus far with no information from Googan Squad on when my other items will ship.I have sent numerous support emails to them with no response. According to what Im reading with regards to BBB, this seems to be a pattern with Googan Squad. Googan Squad is a huge company with their products sold in all major sporting good stores and department stores. This is unacceptable. I spent my hard earned money with them and they are allowed to just accept it without full filling the order?

      I placed an order on May 21, 2023. The FAQs on the website says 5 business day delivery. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response and no order updates.

      I placed an order for a **** series spinning reel and gold series finesse rod on October 6. I entered my correct shipping address and made payment. The packages were sent to a random address in NC, and now the tracking is showing "delivered", when I am in Arkansas and have not received the packages. I have now sent 4 emails to ******************** with no response.

      I order from this site on July 8th and haven't received any shipping notification after multiple emails. The business has outright refused to reply!

      I purchased a rod for my little brother and have not received the item. I've emailed multiple times with no response. I requested a refund, but none has been issued back. This is ridiculous and others have similar issues with this company. I swear it's a scam!

      I ordered from them as I do a lot but one item "saucy swimmer " was not included. On my receipt it was highlighted but no other information was included. This online purchase took place on 4/4/22. I have emailed their customer service and only got one generic email back. Since this I have ordered 3 more times and have received those items just still haven't received the one item. The basis of my complaint is that they have failed to respond other than the generic we will be contacting you soon. That generic email was received on 4-13. I either want my money back or credit to my next purchase.

      I ordered a fishing rod from GOOGANSQUAD for my grandson's birthday. My Capital 1 credit card was charged $111.30 for this rod. On December 9, 2021 the postal carrier pulled in the driveway and beeped for me to go out and pick up a package. The postal carrier said, "You are going to be happy that your package is here the bad news is it is empty." She said, "Just call the merchant and they will send another. I could not find a phone number for GOOGANSQUAD. I emailed GOOGANSQUAD and told them the package was torn open and empty. No reply. Twenty four hours I emailed them again, no reply. Next day I notified Capital 1 and they removed the charge from my card. On January 21, 2022 Capital 1 added the charge, $111.30, to my card again. They said GOOGANSQUAD told them I received the rod. I have since been providing photos and information to no avail to get the charge removed. I have photos of the package with the postal sticker marked arrived damaged, arrived without contents, arrived empty. I have a letter from the local post office backing my claim. GOOGANSQUAD still does not respond to my emails. Capital1 now wants a letter from the postal carrier. The pictures are proof. Please help!
