    August 4, 2022 I had my teeth cleaned at ********* Dental . While I was in the dental chair an older female approached me and insisted I consent to a sleep study, as this facility provided this study . Although intimidated by this individual I refused to participate in the study. MY cleaning completed and still feeling confused from the intimidation I paid for my cleaning using my **** card and signed their future cleaning plan. When my **** billing arrived it contained a $971.00 charge. I called and spoke with bookkeeper and told her I would no longer want their services and would like a credit to my **** card for those FUTURE cleanings. That individual was very rude and said she would not cancel the future plan nor reverse the charges for that plan. I want a credit for the future cleaning plan.
