On March 28th, I was charged $59.70 for an annual subscription I did not know I was subscribed to. There was no emailed confirmation of the subscription nor the renewal of it, and I only found out about it by checking my account today. *** looked at other replies by this company saying that they disclose any purchase as a free trial for the subscription. Still, they dont say that they will automatically pay for the subscription, nor do they specify that it is an annual subscription you are subscribing to. I didn't even receive a receipt. This still seems like they are purposefully withholding information in order to get nearly $60 from unsuspecting customers. I know Ive agreed to the partial refund and the $25 restaurants.com gift card. However, this does not satisfy me. I didnt pay them $30 and a price-dependent gift card, and I didnt expect to pay them any more than the $17.55 I originally paid. I do not want the rest of my subscription as I want nothing more to do with this company.

Healthy-Finds is a pioneering website that finds new healthier options, all with different health characteristics, and puts them in a single place so that our customers can find new products that they can fall in love with and then we give them codes to get cash off options at the Brands offering website.

********************************* initiated her membership to Healthy Finds Savings Program on February 27, 2023,which was a claiming of her free items from The Good Chocolate, Awake Chocolate, Milkboy, Yumbutter, etc. Most of our giveaways come with a Month's free trial to Healthy Finds Membership, providing discounts to your next brand product purchase, gift card codes, and more free products. For the membership that ****** joined, the client will have to check the box that specifically says that she will be signed up for the free trial membership.

We advertise the membership by placing it front and center on the order page, and sometimes people miss it, so we then place it on the confirmation page, then again by sending you an email about it (which may end up in the spam folder),and then one last time by placing a flyer in the box so that you know about it.We assumed that you were happy with your products and membership as we didn't hear anything from you. We then received contact from you through our Web Refund Page on April 9, 2023, where you requested a partial refund when, on the page, it gives the option to call customer support to speak to us about a full refund. We gave you a partial refund when we received the notification of the accepted offer on April 10, 2023. When we received this complaint, We also went one step further and completely refunded the subscription charge. I looked at the clients account to verify that she no longer had any open subscriptions under her name or email address.

This is a sales company that called me 32 times before noon. This was 2 weeks ago and I requested to be removed immediately. Today I have received 3 calls stating they knew I asked to be removed but yet they still wanted to know if I was interested in their service. What part of removed from their list I dont what they didnt understand but I dont want anymore calls from them.

Hi *****, we don't do any telemarketting advertising. That is not how we get our clients. In the recent years that I have been working here, we have not used telemarketing services. In our client list, we also don't have your name or your number, so there is no way that we could be calling you. I'm really sorry that you are dealing with this issue, but this is not us.

Over the last few months, I've received multiple charges to my debit card from Healthy Finds. To the best of my knowledge, I have never done any business with this company, nor have I received any goods or services from them. The screenshot I've included shows only the most recent charge. If you like, I can have my bank furnish a more detailed statement.

You initiated your membership to Healthy-Finds savings program on February 17, 2021, thru a ******** offer. The offer was for a free sample of Shrewd Foods, just pay a small portion of the postage $3.95 (Protein Puffs, 4 bags each a different flavor). The product was shipped out on 2/19/21 to the address you had provided.  Our giveaways are offered with our Membership, with an option to decline.  You did not decline our membership, Healthy-Finds Savings Program (HFSP).  Included with the offer was a discount on your next purchase of Shrewd Foods.  Along with HFSP, you are given membership access to gift cards, more free samples (just pay shipping) and other free perks. We advertise it by placing it front and center on the order page, the confirmation page, then again by sending you an email, and then one last time by placing a HFSP flyer in the box. We assumed that you were happy with your products and membership as we didn't hear anything from you. We then received contact from you on December 7, 2022, you called in and cancelled your account and requested a refund. We voided the transaction that you spoke about, which is the same transaction referred to in this complaint as that was in our 30-day refund policy. We also extended our 30-day refund policy and took care of the previous charge from September. As of 12/7/22 your account is cancelled; refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect back to your online banking institution and no further charges will be applied.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

That said, while I do recall seeing this offer AND making the order specified, I do not recall seeing any information regarding a subscription or membership, nor do I recall ever having received the items ordered.  I feel this company needs to be more transparent, and could do a better job of tracking their customers' orders.  I have no desire to do any more business with this company at this time, and shall henceforth consider this matter closed.

      Regards,

      *****************

$65 8A82BC5806 8/10/22 and 9/10/22 They sent a freebie and then did not adequately show that I was signing up for a subscription. Their website is very purposeful in hiding important information, to the point where I would call this a scam. When I contacted them, it seems that I have cancelled my subscription, but I honestly cant tell because the website hides information. They have refunded me half of what I paid for, and a $25 gift card which is really just a coupon code that requires you to spend a certain amount of money to qualify. Clearly, they are using the tactic of hiding information from the consumer to earn money. This is their main source of profit. The product they offer is just coupons. They need to refund the rest of my money and they should be marked as a scam or untrustworthy website by BBB. They claim to have let me know via email and other methods of the subscription, but it would have been very well hidden for me to have missed it. As you can see, I have not received any emails in my inbox from Healthy Finds warning of a subscription, and the initial purchase was sent to me as a thanks for completing the survey email. There is no mention of a subscription, just random coupons and no other information.

You initiated your membership to Healthy-Finds savings program on August 10, 2022,which was a claiming of your free items for Buoy Hydration Drops. When you ordered your product, it mentions the free one month membership before you order your product, on the confirmation page after you order the product and then we email you a welcome letter to Healthy-Finds Savings Program, we understand that this may be missed or sent to spam, so we include a flyer in the box with your product that you ordered detailing your one month free subscription to our savings program. This package was delivered on August 19, 2022 at 11:26 AM according to the **** tracking number on the box. We assumed that you were happy with your products and membership as we didn't hear anything from you. We then received contact from you on September 12, 2022, from an email asking for a refund and we immediately cancelled your account on September 12, 2022 and offered you a partial refund which our customer service agent understood that you had accepted and so we issued your partial refund.

The charges that you mentioned in your complaint are two charges, one for $5.85 on August 10, 2022, which was declined by Mastercard, which is why you didnt receive the rest of the products that you ordered. We did want you to be happy so we sent you the gift cards for these products anyway, which you received as evidenced by the pictures attached to your complaint. The second charge was the subscription fee of *****, which we informed you several times during the process of claiming the free product. We have already refunded you $30 as per the partial refund that you accepted. We do have a 30 day refund policy on all subscription fees, so I went ahead and refunded the rest of your subscription fee ($29.70), which will take 3-5 business days to reach your account depending on your financial institutions processing speed.
