    On July 4, 2024, I went to D&J Builders Surplus to purchase a wroth iron double door. I asked the Vendor if installation was included and he stated, delivery and installation was included. A few days later I received a phone call from the Installer asking if I had CashApp or Zelle. I informed ******* the installer that I have a receipt to provide that delivery and installation is included. ******* placed a call to ****** in regards to the installation fee that I refuse to pay. The owner ******, was very rude and unprofessional. He lacked customer service needed to compromise or negotiate a solution. I informed *********** how much I needed and wanted the wroth iron double doors, but he insisted that wasnt going to happen unless I paid an additional $1700 for installation. I refuse to pay an additional $1700 when my receipt clearly outlines an itemization of the details. I expressed to the owner again that I may not find any doors like the ones I purchased from him. Trying again to get him to reach a compromise. The only solution now is to get a full refund, my total $6,784.39. I was forced to contact my bank to pursue a full refund from D&J Builders Surplus, so I may find a different vendor to purchase, deliver and install double wroth iron doors.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
