      I purchased a pair of boots from this company and the size was too small even though it was my correct size. I returned them like the company instructed as well as paid for the return shipping for another pair of boots. Since the company does not offer refunds. They reached out and asked me to select another pair which I did. After that I have not heard anything from the company even after 7 attempts reaching out to them in the message thread they reached out to me on as well as 2 of their social media platforms. Still no response and Im out of a par of boots along with $200. Its going on 2 months now.

      I ordered cowboy boots and received boots that looked nothing like the photo they advertised. I contacted them for a refund and was told that "I did receive the right item" with no explanation of why it's a completely different color, and "sorry, there are no refunds".

      I placed an order this morning .Money was already taken out .Although they say they dont do that until order is ready to ship.After all bad reviews I decide to check in on order.The order number does not appear.I am checking to see if its a scam.

      I ordered a pair of black caiman boots size 12 one Nov 30 2024 got an email 3 days later stating it had been complete yet I never received my package. To which I then saw that the shipping policy stating that the billing and shipping address had it be the same and was not told that prior to purchase. Ive tried to change the shipping address yet it will not let me. Truly an idiotic policy to have on such a profitable company. *** bought boots from Alfa western before and that policy was not in effect then but it is now? Truly outrageous. And customer service has yet to reach back to me despite it being days since Ive emailed them

      On 10/11/2024, I placed Order #****** for a "*********" - Square Toe - Women US 9 boots in the amount of $151.55 using Afterpay payment method. This order was shipped from Alfa Western Wear on 10/11/2024 via *** tracking #1Z09X79A0329323200. After receiving the order on 10/15/2024 and trying on the boots, I contacted Alfa Western Wear via email to inform them that the boots were too big and I needed to exchange for a Women US 8.5. I was told they had a pair on hand at that moment but could not save it for me. I also was told that "There is a 30-day time frame for exchange or store credit. NO REFUNDS." I shipped the boots back on 10/16/2024 via ***** tracking #************. The boots were received and signed by ********* on 10/21/2024. I followed up with an email to inquire about the exchange and left a phone message on 10/23/2024. **** responded via text message, and I was told that the size 8.5 was no longer available. The issue is I returned a pair of boots for an exchange; however, my size is not available, and the business does not know if they will get any more in stock and they do not issue a refund. These pair of boots were the only ones I liked and purchased from them for myself. (I made a prior purchase for my sons with no issue.) They have ceased communicating with me, and I have not been issued anything in writing to indicate a store credit for a future purchase or another remedy if a purchase is not made. I prefer to receive the same boot in size 8.5 but since they do not have my size and do not know if they will get more in stock, they can issue a credit to my online account or a refund back to Afterpay, the payment method used at the time of the order.

      Bought a pair of boots in April, received an email stating order completed, didn't receive anything, got ahold of the company and was told they are on back order at beginning of **** should be shipped out at beginning of june. Here it is halfway through June and now I can't get ahold of them, still have not received anything, this is absolutely appalling

      I am rejecting this response because after filling the Complaint. I did receive a text from the company and I Called and talked to her and told her I wanted a refund. She said she would have to get the owner to approve the. Refund and would call me back.

      She later text me and told me that a refund was unavailable. I'm unable to get a refund. Because now the boots are available to be shipped when I ordered them two months ago.

      I made a purchase of a pair of boots. They are listed as a size 11 on the website. I am a size 11. I can't even get my foot into the boot.I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They refused. They also want my to pay the shipping both ways.

      Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges as it states in our policy. It also states that the customer must cover the shipping costs as well. We will gladly assist in exchanging the product for a different size or style, as long as they're still in new condition.       I bought my husband a pair of boots which I ordered December 6, 2023 with the order number ******, for Christmas from Alfa Western Wear online. He opened them and tried them on Christmas morning and found a nail in the inside that is sticking out in the heel poking him. I reached out to Alfa on December 27, 2023 and didn't hear back from them until January 3rd, ****. The email they sent asked for proof of the nail sticking out so I sent them a reply with answers to their questions along with 2 pictures showing the nail. I have yet to hear back from them to get this resolved and it's been over a week!!! Their customer service is terrible!!!

      I purchased a pair of boots from Alfas website a couple weeks ago. The size purchased was a 10D. When the boots arrived at my house they showed ** on the inside. I sent an email explaining that the wrong width was sent to me and the only response that I received was that The ** was a misprint and that we can assure you they are a 10D. I was told that they do not issue refunds and exchanges are accepted at the customers expense. I do not believe I should be held accountable for a mistake made by the company. The item that was sent to me was not the item that I ordered.

      I am rejecting this response because: they sent the wrong boots , upon arrival they dont fit based on their description. The shaft is too narrow. So they made the mistake its their fault. Not mine . All others will be the same due too being in the same place , common sense. I want a full refund plus shipping. Not interested in their products anymore.

      Not all boots are the same. Each pair of boots is handmade and if the customer needs a wider width we can gladly exchange them. The customer would need to ship them back to us (in new, unused condition) within 30 days of their purchase and we can find a pair of boots that will meet their expectations.
