      Rosamond Roofing replaced my roof on January 6, 2025. The crew was early and thoroughly experienced, having completed by the end of the day. The on-site supervisor Josh was also very helpful and diligent the entire day. The yard was picked up of all debris and then swept with a magnetic roller in order to catch all the old nails. Rosamond also answered all my questions professionally and assisted with my insurance documents. All in all a good experience. CF *****

      Rosamond Elite Roofing replaced my roof on August, 2019. Before replacing the roof, we had a water leak above our garage. Then after installing new roof, we continue to have the same water leak at the same location. Called Rosamond about this issue and they came out to investigate the leak. They got on roof and took pictures then told us it was not the fault of their workmanship but the problem was with debris on roof not allowing water to drain off of roof thus water backing up causing water to enter over flashing. I was told that this was my fault for not keeping roof free of debris. We do not agree with this assumption because water continues to come in even though roof is being kept free from debris. Bottom line, we replaced roof due to having water leak into garage and after replacing the roof with a very expensive 50 year roof, we continue to have the same water leak into the garage and Rosamond refuses to take accountability for their shotty workmanship.
