    I had my entire car painted by Maaco in **********, ** on ***** -22 and I got a 4 year warranty on it. So a week later it had some spots that had peeled off so I took it back to them and they repainted and I waited 90 days before I washed the car after that and shortly after it started peeling again so I went back to them and they said that they couldn't do anything about it because it has been painted before but every car they received has been painted before they get it but they refused to honor the contract and so I contacted the corporate office and they told the corporate office that I didn't have a warranty and that's why they won't repaint the car. So the person I talked to at corporate was ******************************* and that person sent me their email address and I sent pictures of my car and a copy of my warranty and that was last week but I haven't heard anything from anyone but I understand that it was just last week. So I wanted to let someone else know what's happening and the Maaco on **** ***************************** in ********** ** is doing some shady business over there because the second time I went there they had distracted me and kept my paperwork but after I went through the car wash last month and a chunk of paint came off I went back to them on a Saturday and I thank God that the original workers weren't there and the guy there printed out my warranty so now I do have it and that's why the district manager ***** was saying that I didn't have a warranty because he knew that they had my paperwork.

    Dropped my vechile off to them after an accident. They were to make repairs on the driver side. I was given 10-14 days however it too them almost 30 days to fix. When called you check on car I was told it's done I can pick it up. When I arrived I paid balance and signed documents then car was brought around to me. I notice stripes weren't put on (on side looks different than the other now) 1 window has tint, the windows didn't come down none of them, and the buttons on the driver door control the radio. The scratches on the wheels weren't buffed out. When talking to Olivia, manager at the **** ***************** location in Memphis, Tennessee area, she gives answers but no exact times of when things will be done. She has yet called my adjuster or faxed over anything to them since yesterday. And they have yet tried to figure out what is wrong with my car. This is costing me loss of work and possibly termination from work due to having no car. Not only that I was advised and shown documents that they use parts from junk yards instead of new parts to fix the damages and over charging for parts. I paid $555 for a used door from a junk yard and I could have gotten that same door myself for less than $100 so they are overcharging for parts.
