    I was at the actual car wash and one of the team leaders, if that is actually what she is was very rude and nasty and she actually made me feel uncofortable to the point where I started recording here. It was so bad that one of the other customers called me over to his car to advise me of his similar experience with dealing with this woman, ***** ********. She is very rude, nasty and at the very least needs some additional training, if anyone within this organization wants to see how she was acting i will be more than glad to foward this video because i did nothing to cause this woman to blow up like she did.

    I do want to add, this took place on Monday December 16th at 11:30AM. I did also send in a response to this company via their own internal procedures and at this time as of December 21st. I have not heard anything from this company yet. I reached out to them prior to filing a BBB complaint.

    Subject: Urgent Refund Request for Incorrect Membership Charge Dear WhiteWater Express Customer Service,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a refund of $39.99 that was charged to my account on July 8, ****** cancelled my membership on July 4, 2024, and was assured that no further charges would be applied. Despite this, I was billed $39.99 on July 8, 2024. Over the past three weeks, I have made several attempts to resolve this issue, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I have been directed to contact both the head office and my local office, with each directing me to the other, without any resolution.I kindly request that you refund the $39.99 to my account immediately.     I was at this Car Wash on 10/25/2023 at **** pm. During the process of washing my car, the employee who was cleaning the windshield hit the windshield hard with the cleaning stick and ended up breaking the windshield of my car. I immediately complained to his manager about the damage and had him file a claim for the damage. He filed a claim and gave me the claim number. They said they will get back to me within 72 hours but no one bothered to call me or respond to my calls. Finally when I got hold of them today and asked them about the status of my claim. They ended up saying they have decided not to cover for the damages I incurred. It costs me over $1500 to replace my windshield. I am a monthly member for this car wash facility and have been giving them business for a longtime now. Its heart breaking to see that they dont want to honor their commitment and compensate for the mistakes their staff has done while i was at no fault. I am looking for help in getting compensated by them.I also have the dash cam video of the event from my Tesla car.

    This car wash company beat my car so hard with their washing machine rollers that a reflector plate on my bumper popped off and now I have to pay out of pocket to get it replaced. The guy told me they look through the car wash line hourly to check for parts which means this is happening to other people at a decent clip. Please look into this. Date of occurrence: 10/7/2023 9:30am estimated cost of bumper reflector plate = $35 + whatever labor costs will be Also this happened at their ***************** branch, which doesn't have a profile on here.

    On Feb 10, 2023 I went to the office to cancel my monthly membership. I was helped quickly and told my current month would end on the 23rd and I could use the wash until that date. I was NOT offered any type of receipt and I saw the gentleman access my account on the computer and assumed all was well.On February 24, 2023, my CC was charged $29.95 for another full month of service. I printed a copy of my credit card charge, took it the office and the man working said they would fix the error but it would be the manager who would take care of it after 11 a.m. After two days of hearing nothing, I went back by and was told flatly that there was nothing they could do since I did not have a receipt for the cancellation! I was not offered any such thing. The manager was concerned how a refund would look on his records, much more than his company's reputation. After 4 contacts with the corporate office (zero response), I am out $29.95 for nothing...so, Whitewater stole my money from my credit card willfully. I am left with no recourse but to put the facts out there and report them to the BBB...! Hopefully that will catch management's attention. I can live without the $29.95, but this business practice is just WRONG!
