Response to complaint **********
#1 Regarding the Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training Course
The customer purchased our reasonable suspicion supervisor training course. The course teaches supervisors to recognise signs of drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace but specifically focused on CDL drivers. The training course is approved by the ***** and is required for anyone in a supervisory role over CDL drivers. The course was created in our back office and the login credentials were sent to the customer. The customer logged in completed the 2 hour training course on August 8th 2024 and downloaded the certificate of completion. Please see the attached document for proof. If they get audited they have proof of completing the required training. I will not be issuing a refund for the course.
#2 Regarding the Biennial Update /MCS-150
The biennial update / MCS-150 was completed by our representative ****** Southern on July 31 st and sent to the customer for verification and signature. The customer sent back first a non hand signed document (see attached document), then our representative responded to get a signed version. The customer sent another document which was incomplete and we were unable to file it (see attached document). The representative reached out again and has been in communication several times since July 31st attempting to get the correct document back from the customer so we can complete our due diligence. Finally today (see attachment #2) dated and time stamped email from the customer. They sent in the correctly completed biennial update/MCS-150 form. We have submitted it on their behalf. After speaking with our representative and investigating the matter at length. In my eye's we have completed all of our due diligence. Our representative has already offered to complete their next biennial update for free just to maintain the relationship.
In closing I will not refund the training course. However, in good faith I have decided to refund the customer on the Biennial Update / *******. Please see the attached screenshot confirmation. If the customer had emailed or called or support team this would have been immediately reviewed and resolved. Going to the BBB was aggressive and unnessesary. Just to be very clear we did nothing wrong. Our representative tried multiple times to get the corrected and signed MCS-150 form back from the customer. So that we could file it on their behalf in a timly manner. We did not receive it back until today the same day they filed a complaint. Which again raises questions on their motives. And almost 2 months after the fact. If you require any additional proof or if you would like to discuss the matter further please reach out to me at ********************************** Thank you very much. Best Regards, ****** ******** **********

I have moved to this address for the past 6 years, and this business has continued to send postal mails to previous recipients that have the outdated address. I have been reaching out to them persistently for the past 6 years, and my requests for them to update their client's incorrect mailing address have failed many times until this date.Let me make this simple request clear one more time - I don't know who "*****************" is, so please find out where he lives and send letters to his current postal address, and stop sending his stuff to my address!***************** ******************************************************************************************Business Response

This Company texted and left a message saying they were FMCSA compliance. Told us although we filed our update we didnt complete the mileage. I called the ************* Carrier myself to see what I needed to do to be compliant. They told me I am fine. There is no problem. This company Lied. If I wasnt one to follow through myself Im sure I would have paid them to fix it for me, however as there was nothing to fix they would have stolen money from me.Initial Complaint

A person named ********************* was calling my phone nonstop until she sent me a text stating that she is with the fmcsa compliance department and that I need to set up my drug testing over the phone with threats of losing my license and business. She told me about a one time fee to the fmcsa of $199. Worried I was and paid thinking that she is an employee of the government agency just to find out she ran my credit card for $697.00 and that she has no affiliation with the fmcsa whatsoever. She's a scammer and *** had no luck reaching her after she stole the money. I really hope she doesn't get anyone else.Business Response

Hello,
This person is providing misleading and incorrect information. Not only did we provide a refund in full the same day we were made aware that there was an issue. We also performed all of the service work he purchased and still provided the refund in full anyway. Please see all of the attached documentation provided to support and back up everything I am saying. ********************* is a professional compliance specialist and has been working with us for over 4 years. She has many recurring and happy customers. This guy *************** was swearing at her and called her vulgar names that I will not mention **************** unprofessional and out of line. 11/07/2023. I called FMCSA Clearinghouse. To verify my CDL with them as required by my potential new job! I've been a CDL driver in my **************** since the early 90's. DMV says my CDL is valid and in good standing! But FMCSA Clearinghouse says they can not verify my CDL? They are single handedly holding my opportunity for a great job in their hands. And are taking their sweet time getting it solved! What do they care? They have jobs! I've called 3 days in a row now! No resolution? Why? My employer says they can wait a week or 2? But I'm out of work for almost 2 months. I need to go to work! Please help me resolve this!Initial Complaint

We received a phone call regarding our *** Number which sent ** into a panic about not having an active *** number. Come to find out, this was untrue and these people charged us $796. They are refusing to give us a refund after they did nothing on our behalf to file any of the appropriate paperwork. We ended up filing the paperwork at absolutely no charge, it seems unnecessary that they are able to charge almost $800 and not disclose that you are able to file this independently. We are hoping to get some money back as this was not a service we wanted or needed. We requested a refund, were told we were getting one and then it was declined after we didn't receive a refund for over a month.Business Response

Hello. The Client purchased 4 different services. I processed all the paperwork and filed all appropriate paperwork. The Client did not send in the MCS150 form; I sent that to the Government. A refund was not issued because the work was performed.
Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: None of the information that was "filed" was correct and no one signed any paperwork. According to ******, a refund would be processed because I asked him to not file the incorrect form.Initial Complaint

So finally we figured out this is scam . Ridiculous $ 387.00 for nothing . Tried to contact them ....unsuccessful Be careful bussiness owners ,small companies. We work hard every day and have people charging us for nothing . Very sad ,nowadays we have to check everything and make sure it's legit companyInitial Complaint

I received 2 text messages today from a woman named Cindy that stated she was with FMCSA and wanted to finish my DOT setup. I called her immediately thinking she was from FMCSA. I even asked her that and she said yes. She told me I had to take a supervisor training class that cost $199 and after I would be issued a certificate to submit when my audit came. I paid the $199 and when I got my emailed receipt I discovered they were FMCSA compliance group and not the actual government. I contacted them and demanded a refund, I was told by Cindy there is no refunds. I told her she misrepresented herself. She lied and said she didn't. I reminded her she said she was with FMCSA. She went back and forth with me and then stated her company was in partnership with FMCSA and that they send them leads on people that need to be in compliance. I hung up and contacted FMCSA, they stated that this company was a third party and not in affiliation with then what so ever. I filed a complaint with FMCSA. Not only were they deceptive, but they also sold me something I don't need. I have no CDL drivers working for me, therefore I didn't even need this class. Cindy knew this because she asked if I had any CDL drivers and I told her no, she was trying to sell me a drug testing program as well. I have attached screenshots of email and text, I would like my money back because she lied about who they were.Initial Complaint

********* BEWARE!!! This company scammed me out of $199.00. ***** Jones first texted me saying she was from FMCSA. When I called her back ***** told me I needed to take the supervisor training which is an online 2 hour class. I told her I had already paid it with another company and her exact words were. Well they are a 3rd party company we are from FMCSA, you should try to get your money back. I also mentioned to her that I was receiving so many calls, texts and emails from people trying to sell me services. She then said no we are the real deal if you have any issues or any questions make sure you call me! Within minutes of getting off the phone I realized I had been scammed. I had not received a receipt or the link she promised to send. I then texted her and told her I still had not received anything and she told me to wait. I waited a few then called the actual FMCSA and realized they were a fake! I called back and ***** said she couldn't refund me my money I had to speak to Lynn. (This all transpired within 3 hours) Lynn proceeded to say I can't refund you because I already sent the link which she had not! I told her you did not send the link I'm looking at my email right now. She then said well I'm busy right now I'm going to have to call you back in 20 min. I politely asked her to just refund me because I did not want to wait 20 min for her to then send the link. She said I'm not going to send anything I'm really busy right now I will call you back. I screen shot the call times, text times and email times. I told her I would report her to the BBB and she said do what you need to do! Smh It's sad that while fuel prices are sky rocket high people still find ways to scam people out of their money.Business Response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/26) */ The person making this complaint will get a refund. They have the Video link that they paid for, and have viewed it, but we will still give them a refund. The person requesting the refund did not give me a chance to refund her money yesterday. I advised her I would refund it today.
