    The attached notification was unexpectedly affixed to the door of a vacant home held in an estate for which I am the authorized administrator. The property is located in ***********, **. The number of the notice is included in the Account/Order/Tracking number field. The notice states "This property has been determined to be vacant/abandoned. This has been reported to the mortgage servicer. The mortgage servicer intends to protect this property from waste and/or deterioration. This property may have its locks replaced and/or plumbing systems winterized in the next few days...." This home is not abandoned. It is vacant because it is currently for sale and is identified as such by a real estate sign on the property. The property is being monitored, both by the real estate agent and by family members. The mortgage is not in arrears. The mortgage company denies any third party contract or authorization for access to or changes to this property. MCS asserts permission to take action on this property without any proof of authorization or identification of said authorizor. It includes no identifying information regarding their business location, their full identity, or contact options other than a phone number which goes to voice mail. The ********************************* in ******* advised that MCS has no authority to be on the property at all, much less to make any alterations to it. A voice mail with the notice number, my contact information, denial that the property is vacant/abandoned, and instructions to stay off the property was left on their system on 4/15/2025 after waiting several minutes to speak to a representative. There has been no attempt to contact me and no acknowledgement that further action has been halted. I want that assurance in writing.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution since MCS states that no further action will be taken on this property. I will point out that MCS did not have the courtesy to reply to me directly despite my second phone call to resolve the matter, and their resolution directs me to contact the mortgage company that has already disavowed any contract with this company. MCS has not identified the 'client' they claim to have represented. Reputable companies do not behave this way.

    The business who posted the notice on my front door had entered the property illegally without permission, and their representative who may have been the individual that posted the notice took totes of tools, building supplies, bldg ********* bike, pitboss sportsman grill, clothing, employer uniforms, etc. -- all done before the official foreclosure/sale date of the property. The phone number ************ posted on the notice leads to a message that irregardless of date/time you call says they are closed, and to leave a voicemail message - many voicemails where left and no call(s) were ever returned.

    On Sunday, April 6, 2025 and unknown adult male with MCS was found on our residence camera peering in the front window taking multiple photos and videos on his ipad. After tampering with the lock he then taped a notice to our door threatening to change our locks on our residence. We have no communication with this person or company nor has our condominium association or mortgage company. MSC, Making Communities Shine, Mortgage Contracting Services have trespassed on a private road to enlighten themselves to peering in a woman's home and taking photographs and videos.

    This company smashed my side windows of my door in, changed the lock, and damaged my property. My belongings were stolen. I have contacted my mortgage company and they advised they did not authorize this nor am I behind on payments. This is not a vacant property. ************ has advised for gas lines to be moved so we were unable to stay in the property until my renovations were conlleted. Upon inspection I found my property vandalized, items stolen and rummaged through.

    Today I came home 3/7/25 and found a no trespassing notice taped to my door from MCS who has illegally changed my locks, damaged my entry door, entered my property illegally. Ive owned this condo since 10/11/24 I called police. Police report filed, #******* called my attrny ***** ******** of Strongsville Oh -I am filing a suit for criminal damages and illegal possession. I called and share is info with MCS their office was promised someone would call me back never did. **Im giving you 7 days to contact me to resolve and pay for such damages Or Seeking multiple damages Cc: ***** ******** ***

    Notice of vacant/abandoned house was left on our home 2/20/25. Called Mortgage company on 2/21/25, and they let us know that they did not send anyone out nor have any reports that someone was sent out. THIS HOUSE IS OCCUPIED! Please do not return or further action will be taken!!!

    MCS has falsely reported to my Mortgage Company that my property is vacant. I have spoken to my mortgage company and they have informed me not to open the door if MCS comes on the property again. This company has been sending people for about a month to take pictures of my property and to take on my door and my neighbors door as well to confirm if I'm come. They have come to my home during the night time trying to get me to answer the door. The documents that was left on my door where not professional and looks hand made. I believe this company is a scam.

    I am rejecting this response because: I would like to verify if the employee who is stated on the form works for the company if not, I will report this to the police. The form was issued with this company's name and if they cannot verify this than I will assume these documents are false.

    Upon inspecting a home again recently, I saw that this company had posted 2 letters on the front door. One saying that the home was vacant and or abandoned with the number *********, and the other with phones numbers of said company phone numbers, that they don't seem to answer. It has a Work order # M14902322 with a date of 3-23-2024 and IL620091031 handwritten on it. I am currently doing a title search on this property which is located at ***************************************. I have not come across any information that this property has a mortgage, and that no one has hired this company to do anything with it. It does have some tax *****, but still is in the name of the current owner. Since these papers have been posted on the front door, opened this home up to be broken into and vandalized, because before these were posted on the door saying it was vacant and abandoned. The home was not bothered previous to these papers being posted. If this company was indeed supposedly hired, I would like to have the name or names of who hired them. Because as it looks right now, they have trespassed on said property. I have spoken to the property elderly owner and was indeed told they still own the property and were looking to sell the home, but are not sure if they will be able to do that after the damage that has been done to the home after these papers were posted on the door. This home is located in the country with no really close neighbors, and posting right on the front door that it is vacant and abandoned is a grave mistake on this company's part and now the homeowner is looking at extensive repairs due to this incompetency and trespassing these papers opened up. If someone did indeed hire this company for this property, then I would like to know who it was? But I am quite sure that no one did. I will be advising the homeowner of my findings, and I hope she proceeds with a lawsuit, due to the many complaints of the same actions of this company.

    On Monday 3 February 2025 we found our house broken into and the locks changed. We found a "NO-TRESSPASSING" Notice taped to the front door from a company called MCS - MORTGAGE CONTRACTING SERVICES having a Delaware address of: ; Phone: ************ and ************; with a Work Order #: M15087123. We contacted the New Castle County Police, who refused to file a Police Report. The private residential real estate is under Bankruptcy Stay. We contacted the Business on December 31, 2024 and informed an Agent that the property is not abandoned or vacant. We have no Contract with this company.

    This company MCS has illegally entered my property place a note on a currently occupied residence stating theyre going to enter my home and do some work. They do not have any kind of connection with my mortgage company let alone am I behind my mortgage, I am up to date on my mortgage. however, police report has been made. You are criminally trespassed from my property. If you come on my property, you will be arrested. And given, Im in law-enforcement myself I would advise you not to come to the property again. Im not sure the game youre playing like many of the other people here you seem to be comfortable violating the law.
