~ posted Notices of Abandonment/Vacancy to homes that are currently owned and/or lived in;
~ entered homes unlawfully and/or without permission of owner(s);
~ changed locks of homes without permission of owner(s);
~ theft and/or damage of private property;
~ referred owners to their respective mortgage companies which have stated no knowledge of MCS;
~ moreover, inquiries from owners referred to MCS Customer Service are ignored.On February 6, 2024, BBB sent both post and email correspondence to Mortgage Contracting Services LLC. BBB also requested confirmation of all operational addresses including HQ. Requesting detailed description of business model.
