I have contacted the service department for warranty related issues for a time sensitive warranty work appointment at the ********** location three times this week and have received NO response to date I just need someone to respond to my emails so that I wont run up against my warranty deadline for the myriad of items I need to have addressed on my less than year old MotorHome.

we purchased a new Holiday Rambler from your ********* store in January this year. We had a good experience with purchase and all the people we worked with were great. We were assigned ********************* as our service advisor. **** was great. **** would answer our questions, and if he couldn't, he found an answer from someone. **** would even work on problems on his day off. **** gets a 5 star from us. we stored our motorhome there until we picked it up in late April to head to *********. we had several problems on the way but they were not able to be corrected on the way to *********. we had made arrangements to store the Motorhome in ********* starting on 5-14-2024. We dropped it off on 5-14 along with a list of items that needs to be addressed. the trip from ***** to ********* was our first trip leaving *****. There is a couple of major problems that need to be addressed and i will reserve my review on the ********* location until later. this 4 star review is only for your ********* location and **** gets 5 stars.

They refused to do the work requested on our problem with our windshield resulting in ** stuck on the Highway. No one would answer there phone and when they did the transferred us to a voicemail. After finally getting through to service after multiple Calle I was told that they would call us back concerning a tow truck. I gave up after one hour.

We purchased our 2020 Entegra Anthem from NIRV in ********, ******* back in April of 2020. We have nothing but good things to say about them. The buying process was smooth and easy. We have been back a number of times for service and repairs and they have delivered what they promised us every time. Our service adviser, Skip, has been great and spot on. If I have a technical question while traveling, a call or text ****, and he goes out of his way to help me. We live about 550 miles away from them but they are the only place I will take our coach.

Dismal customer service in the service department. Left my RV at the lewisville location for several minor repairs. I waited several months for an open spot to drop it off. gave the service person that was assigned to me a detailed list of the things that need repair, After i left the lot it became impossible to reach that person for any update information. and no one else would speak to me about my RVs progress. This went on for several weeks. when i finally was able to communicate with the service rep. in person it became obvious she had no clue what she was doing. An example. my toilet wouldn't hold water. i knew from personal research that this was remedied by replacing a ball seal , a couple hundred dollar fix. I was told the entire toilet would need to be replaced. Turns out the problem was solved by pouring some camcorder seal conditioner in the toilet. After several months of dismal communication and excuse after excuse. i finally decided just to drive the 200 miles to the location and pick up my RV. only about 1/3rd of the items on the list were repaired. One of the issues , a problem with the dash A/C fan was not fixed but a stereo installer at a local shop found the issue when installing a stereo component. it was a burnt wire under the dash. NIRVC totally missed it or never even checked it. terrible service department.

Beyond terrible service. Purchased a 2021 Newmar Essex from them in October, 2020 - a $800,000 motorhome. I've left it with them over 7 months of my 1.5 years of ownership and getting them to fix anything is nearly impossible. For example, microwave door has been broken since October, 2020 and today (May, 2022) still not fixed; broken closet door handles still not fixed, electrical plugs still not fixed, AC in front, still not fixed. Nothing is a big deal but they have absolutely no quality control, I mean zero. After keeping my RV on the last service call under warranty for nearly 5 months, me refusing to pick it up until it was finished, I made the mistake of taking them up on the offer of delivering it to me. They did this to get my unit off their lot without fixing about 1/3 of the issues it was there for over that time. They tell people all sorts of things like RV's have problems, it's the industry, it's Covid, it's .... Truth is they're all smoke and mirrors - their operation looks professional but they're worse than a local mobile rv repair shop in the middle of nowhere. To add insult to injury they charge outrageous rates and charge hours for jobs that should take minutes. They fooled me with a good price on the Newmar itself, their service department is nothing like sales. I purchased the extended warranty from them ($23,000) and after my first visit to their service department a couple months after purchase I cancelled the extended warranty and got my money back. SMARTEST THING I DID IN ALL OF 2020. Now that warranty is over I'm going to start dealing with Newmar directly and local repair shops. These people are awful and everyone should be aware. DO NOT SERVICE WITH THEM.

    Mr. ********

First let me apologize for the experience you have had. I understand your concern NIRVC is working on systems that will enable our customers more transparency into statuses on their repairs that I would like to speak with you about. I realize this doesn't help with your current situation, but will in the future.

We have done some research into what happened, and it is obviously a miscommunication from our service department along with a failure to complete all repairs. Currently we still owe you an update on items that should have been corrected. This is being worked on and will be sent to you when completed.

We would like the opportunity to make amends on the experience you have had. Would you be available to have a conversation via phone?
