      This clown will never come to my home again. He came twice for a ***** Home Appliance Warranty. Said that nothing was wrong. Another ***************** Man 15 minutes later diagnosed the problem. and ordered parts. Two days later it stopped working while waiting on the parts. but according to Complete Comfort , nothing was wrong!

      Ive used this company three times for different issues. They have always done right by me and even installed a new unit. Will definitely use them again

      Forced to use these guys through a home warranty service. They never answer the phone, dont show up when they say they will, or ever, for that matter. I really wish that these home warranty companies would use reputable repair services.

      Used through home warranty for AC not working. Diagnosed at circuit board out in inside unit. They ordered the wrong part to begin with. Got the right one and the system was worse. Said I needed a new unit then tried up charging me $2,350.00. Hired a separate independent contractor who located exposed wires and a blown fuse on the brand new circuit board. My new guy fixed the wires and replaced the fuse and AC system now works as it should. Complete Comfort Control tried to scam me out of $2,350.00 for a mistake they made by blowing the fuse on the new part they installed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They also stopped all communication after I asked for an itemized breakdown for the $2,350.00 worth of parts they were trying to charge me for.

      This business should be shut down. The office staff is incompetent with no spirit of customer care. My warranty company deferred my AC issue to Complete Comfort Control and Im going to share my experience. 4 weeks without AC. I hope no one has the misfortune of doing business with this company.

      God awful lying jah nee and his incompetent office staff. waited for a week and he says he's not coming and we have to find someone else because he tried to call "all week and left messages with no response", even filed that with our home warranty company. Read other reviews also after this encounter, man CCC is horrible and has tax issues that revoked their LLC status...Complete Failures, avoid like the plague!!

      If could give Complete Comfort Control less than half a star, I would. This company lied and out right refuses to perform the job they were paid to do. They have somehow weasel their way into home warranty companies choice for a/c repair, but they're the worst company in *****************. They showed up to my house last June, cut a hole in the entry way ceiling of my home first thing. But was asked for that to be a last resort, due to planned events at the home. After cutting an unnecessarily huge hole, said it looks like a plumbing issue, and left. After being told several times by an award winning plumbing company that it's an a/c line leak. They continued to refuse to work. Had to pay out of pocket for another a/c company to perform a few simple task. And with the record heat in ***** the issue came back and again tComplete Comfort Control showed up to collect a service fee and not do their job. And on top of that, they filed a false report with the home warranty company so that they wouldn't be force to do the job or come back out. They customers service by it technicians takes the horrible experience to another lever. I can see why they're not accredited and the rating should be F

      Do not use this company! Like many of the other reviews, we were victims of their false diagnosis turned into Cinch Home Warranty for our AC unit. I only wish I had looked at the reviews before I wasted time and money dealing with both companies. Hopefully, I can help someone else with this same problem.

      Avoid if at all possible! This company was chosen by Cinch Home Warranty for a service call. The first words their technician spoke to me was "Can I use your bathroom?" *********** call seemed to go well, although the technician couldn't fix the problem. But then they reported a completely false diagnosis to the home warranty company that didn't match the service report left by the technician, causing the home warranty claim to be denied. They will not answer their phone or call back, even though I've left 8 calls! According to the ***** Sectretary of State, their LLC was dissolved in June 2022 for tax forfeiture.
