      Longview Cable has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I would suggest a legitimate cable/internet provider. Expect service outages on a daily basis be on hold customer service will give you the runaround and no help whatsoever. The inexperienced staff provides you nothing short of a big headache.Be smart and use a reputable cable/internet service. These guys are total scammers! I Was experiencing service outages constantly they would NOT refund my payment. Also, they monitor your internet activity beware of any online transactions or online banking. Their Internet Security is complete garbage. Yes, they removed their ****** profile because they are ripping off their customers! I work from home and have had numerous complaints from my clients not receiving my Emails. I now have 5g through a reputable company and it is superior in every fashion! I now feel secure with my online banking and business transactions. Go with the professionals they are in the business for a reason. Longview Cable is a complete fraud!       It's evident that Longview Cable TV has removed their business profile, likely to hide their ratings and customer feedback. This action itself speaks volumes. The poor quality of their service can be attributed to outdated equipment. Over a span of two years, I faced more issues with Longview Cable TV than I had in the previous 15 years with alternative providers. Fortunately, I now have better choices. I enjoy a connection that's 25 times faster, remains stable throughout the day without disconnecting, and comes at half the price. This positive change has left me truly satisfied.

      Garbage company. Have to sign an annual contract for a "promotional price". The promotional price is only about 10 dollars less than what I'd expect to pay for regular internet (Around 50 dollars). After the contract ends, without notice the price goes over ********************************************************************************** when the contract ended. I would discontinue the service unfortunately they are the only company offering service to my current address. Service drops often, lag out of games and movies all the time. Check who offers internet in East ***** before you move there. If it is only these people, don't move there. Hopefully ******** get to my area soon.

      Longview Cable internet is terrible! As soon as I can find something else, we are gone from there. About 20 times a day we lose connection - on TV, phone, everything. Weve reported it, to no avail.
