I cancelled my gym membership with Fitness **** in September of 2022. I spoke with the owner ********************************* about my intention to cancel my membership and asked how to do so. She said she wished I would not leave and asked me to think about it but said she would understand my decision. I reached out to her and said I decided to change gyms and asked how to complete the termination of membership process. I attached the screenshot of my conversation with her to an email to the Credit Dispute Resolution (*********************) company at ************** to a ***********************************. I explained that I do not know why I continue to get harassed by this gym because I also attached the Termination Form for *************************************************************************** to do so. I also showed them the messages from the gym owner that I would have to pay a final payment for ***** since I did not give a 30-day notice and where I had texted her back that I wanted to comply and did make the last payment but then never again went back. The owner said after paying the last payment I would have access thru October 6, 2022.. I signed the termination contract with the gym on September 9, 2022. I have explained first the *** Fitness call center and offered to send the termination contract and the step-by-step instructions from the gym owner *********************************. Also, I offered to send the screen shots of her text messaging and they said they were not able to receive those as they were just a call center. Then to this First *******************. and although I sent them both the texts and the contract, they just emailed me today that they received them and responded with an attachment from the gym of my original contract signed when I joined the gym.I have never reported a business or business owner before. I am tired of being harassed by this gym owner; she was texting me at night at odd hours after I left the gym trying to get me to come back. I left the gym with about 10 plus other members because my trainer who I signed under also left. They had a disagreement and everyone that was training then and had a class with this trainer also left. I did want to do the right thing and leave on good terms and that is why I reached out directly to the owner on how to do so correctly. This gym owner is pursing everyone who left during this period of time I believe it is personal for her, I however did it the correct way legally and have the documentation to prove this, but it is NOT being acknowledged by anyone so far that I have dealt with. Please help me resolve this without it affecting my credit. I am a single woman, and I cannot afford to have this on my credit. I think it is horrific that a Business Owner can harass a former client that has complied to her exact instructions and made another payment after leaving, she can further attempt to ruin a person's credit and I have to continue to try and submit my documentation to prove that I paid what I owed her. She is allowed to harass people with nothing done to her for this behavior. Thank you for your help in advance, Sincerely, ***************************** *************
