              I purchased a Speed Queen ******* machine on January 11,2023 and it shipped the same day and arrived without a packing container. It stopped working on January 16, 2023, five days after purchase. I came to ******************** Furniture in ******** to let the manager know I no longer wanted the used machine. I spoke with Mr. ******************** to get a new machine. He referred me to settle the matter with ******************** furniture in ********, *****, with the same results, no new machine, and they would not pickup the used machine.I do not want to purchase a broken machine that needs repairs five days after purchase. I want the machine to be picked up and my account credited for the amount of the purchase $1515.39.

              I bought an oversized chair and ottoman made by Ashley from a local retail store. While it was still under warranty the fabric started to shift on ottoman and only thing Ashley would offer to do would supply new fabric but I would be responsible for labor which would cost more than the ottoman itself. I just decided to live with it the way it was but I did get on their website and leave a review but after they seen I bought it from local store they deleted my review. It's Ashley furniture regardless of where I purchase and I should be able to give my opinion of the quality especially if you have a bad warranty policy.
