Our Service Manager, ******, has communicated with *************. He passed on his personal cell number in the event she has any more communication issues.  We definitely understand that the repair is taking longer than expected.  We are committed to making sure her vehicle is returned to her fixed.  All the parts have been ordered for her vehicle and all but a few have arrived.  The estimated time of arrival on the remaining parts is the first to the middle of the week with the estimated completion of the repair being the end of the week.  We have submitted it out to a **** dealership to do the work.  Once the repair is complete we would like 24 hours to test drive the vehicle to make sure it is ready to return to *************.

I purchased a 2022 ***** Equinox from them on May 5, 2023. When i signed the paper work not only did it say there was 16k miles on the vehicle which is inaccurate because when i test drove it there was over 20k miles. I know the salesman had to drive to ***** to pick it up for me to even see it. On May 15th, I was driving on interstate and my check engine light came on along with engine reduced power. I immediately called the salesman that sold me the car because I am a single mom and needed a reliable vehicle and it was only 10 days after purchasing the vehicle. He told me he would have to call me back.. so I decided to head to the dealership since he was still there. I dropped my car off in the night drop off spot. I was told the following day what happened and it was fixed. I left the dealership and immediately realized it wasnt driving right. So I brought it back and talked to the salesman again and he was the go between ***** (service ****** Last week, the same thing happened. I was driving and the check engine light came back on along with the engine reduced power. Supposedly it was fixed yet again. Got it back today (June 9th). The rpms are still running super high and its not running correctly. I feel like Im getting the run around and was sold a lemon from get go. To top it off. I was going to try to trade it in and the salesman said well I can always have them clear out the codes and make it look like its ok when you trade it in so it wont dock you for that. Makes me think thats been done before and they knew something was wrong with it when they sold it to me.
