              I got a title loan threw Texas star title and Loan last year in September for a $2000 loan Ive been making payments every month since I got the loan of $688-$700 and one time $1200 cause the took my car based off a late payment what I dont get is that when I called their office to ask them how much have I paid since I got my loan is they dont wanna look it up but when I did make payments they told me I could make another payment within 3 days of $2000 to get my title back but the economy we live in these days thats not possible but the interest on the loan is ******% Ive only been paying interest this whole time Im very disturbed and angry that they have took over 3 times of the worth of my loan and they have my car & the title now but they gave me til the 26th to pay $600 to get my car back well I cant work if I dont have the only transportation I had was my car plus they have my car up for sale on their lot right now so Im very disappointed and I would like the *** penalties to take actions if possible I know Ive paid over $8,000 to this company for a $2000 title loan

              When I applied for a $100 loan and told April, manager I would pay this account off within a weeks time. She said I would receive a phone call on or about the 3rd of the month. I have never received a phone call, not last month nor this month. Here it is July 1, 2022, 9:14 am and they automatically sent thru a payment tomy bank for $30, without my agreement or any contact from April at the Mineola Texas office. I asked for the phone number of the corporate office and April said she is the corporate office. Well if she is or was the corporate office, she is a horrible example of doing legitimate business practices. Do not use them.
