      I have an Air Conditioning copany in ****** *****. I purchase alot of ******* from a Air Conditioning Distributor in the name of Robert Madden **** Branch # ** Located at *******************************************************. I have had a cash only account (customer ID: **** ) since ****. I am limited to only buy there lowest quality brand product call ***** equipment. There highest quality brand is call Carrier. In which i am not allowed to purchase because of only hsving a " CASH SALE ACCOUNT ". About six months ago I sent the a credit application for a credit account a stated that I wanted to be able to sell the Carrier brand products. The districk manager ( name is Robert ***** ) told me that I did not qualify to be a Carrier Dealer because i dont sell a $1,000,000 of any kind of equipment per year. My credit application was not even considered even though my credit score is over 700 and stated several good standing dealership accounts as a reference. Last year i sold over %****** worth of York brand equipment through Century Hvac Supply in **********. I have talked to other Carrier dealers in ****** ***** who have stated that they don't sell near that amount and that was not a requirement to get the Carrier dealer status. My complaint is that I feel I am being discriminated for some unknown reason and not sure how I can resolve this issue. Robert Madden even paid me to go one of their factories to meet with their Engineers to help design some new features for there Carrier brand units. Now if that doesn't make me eligible to sell their brand I don't know what does. Its definitely not because i don't sell $1,000,000 worth of equipment of any brand a year. This could even be a criminal offense I'm not sure. The only thing I want is to be treated like every other applicant should be.
