I have been dealing with this body shop for improper repairs on a vehicle that has been involved in an accident. The body shop manager does not feel like they can do anything. I had an accident in my vehicle in December of 2023 and has been in the shop for over five months. Upon picking it up, I had to take it back for more repairs, they fixed some of the issues but continued to neglect fixing my front end. My Excursion had a grill guard before the accident. I wanted a bumper replacement, for which I already paid, and was unable to install it because the car was not fixed. I have brought this up tp the body shop, been in person, and submitted photos to my insurance (Farmers). I just want this body shop to fix the bumper or have their sister body shop as they have various locations to make the situation right. They have been paid out, and I do expect the repairs to be correct, as they have already collected the funds. I am going to attach photos of my Excursion and you can that my tow hooks are not aligned, as this is what the grill guard replacement would attach. I will submit other photos of other Excursions of the same year model to compare those to mine. I have attempted to attach photos, but keep getting errors that are greater than 5MB. Once I get, in contact with a representative, I will submit the supporting documents.
