              I have a service warranty for my 2014 Silverado transmission went out on it took it to *********************** on 01/08/2024. They were supposed to replace my transmission with a rebuilt transmission that was sent to them from the warranty company. The problem started when they wanted me to pay $350 to remove a transmission pan to diagnose it when their other shop already diagnosed the problem... it was moved to their second location to have the transmission installed I just got my truck back today February the 7th 2024. When I picked up my truck the gear shift is broken it was never like that before the transmission went out on it again I had to catch a ride back to work and get the truck towed again on top of that there are items missing out of my vehicle I have filed the police report I had almost a half a tank of gas when this truck broke down no one was driving it I get back in it when I pick it up it is completely on E. I told them about the items missing they told me that it had to be the other shop that took them they don't have anyone that would do anything like that in their shop I tried to explain to him their other location is where the truck came from originally then he changed his story and said maybe the tow truck driver took your things I know for a fact the tow truck driver didn't take anything because I was riding in the tow truck with the driver.. I was told I have been a problem since they had my vehicle from day one so now I want to complain about something trying to get something free I don't want anything free I want what's right.So now they are refusing me service after they have been paid in full. There is a debit card in my cup holder yes it is my debit card but I know for a fact that debit card was inside of my arm rest underneath papers very strange now it's in my cup holder.

              I will never ever do business with them again. Paid them $689 to put on a $35 part only to have my car doing the exact same thing over the weekend. We picked up the car and before pulling off my husband let them know the car was still blowing out hot air on the drivers side. They said see if it continues to do it and if so bring it back. We took it back Monday morning September 9th, they kept the car all day long, only for them to say we need to take it somewhere else to be put on a diagnostic machine. Who does that? So we basically have them $689 and its still doing the exact same thing and they cannot fix whats needed to be fixed, and of course they didnt give us our money back they just said its ready to be picked up and youll have to take it somewhere else. Thats horrible service and we will never go there ever again

              When the customer brought in their 2014 Chrysler 300 on September 5, 2024, the blend door actuator was clicking and popping. We advised the customer that the part that was definitely bad would need to be replaced. But we have no way of knowing if the shorted actuator had caused any further problems. We replaced the actuator, popping stopped and all was working properly at that time. The customer returned with AC not blowing as cold on driver side. We calibrated the actuator again and even replaced the actuator, under warranty. We advised the customer that the control module would need to be checked by the Chrysler dealership because Chrysler does not release that software to the aftermarket. We also advised that the shorting out of the original actuator may have shorted out the control head. As far as the parts price complaint, this is definitely not a $35 part. Also, much of the cost for this repair is in labor. The part is buried in the dash and takes a lot of time to remove and replace. We feel that we did what we could to help this customer. We do not have control over Chrysler and what they are willing to allow us to access.
