I called Gomez Construction . They were supposed to fix my roof. I had three roofing companies come out and look at my roof. Each company stated that I did not need a new roof; I did need caulking and repairs done to my roof. Joe Gomez supposed caulked and repaired my roof. He did not do that or did it improperly. My roof is leaking badly. I called three times to set up an apointment to come back and do the job correctly. I told him each time the day I was avialable. He never showed up. I paid him *******. He did not fix my roof . I am very angry.

Joe Gomez is a deceitful individual who preys on others for financial gain. Here are the details: He agreed with my wife and I to use quality materials for the backyard fence, constructing a storage house, interior wall painting, replacing some parts of flooring, installing a new toilet, and addressing leakage issues in our kitchen area. In return, we agreed to pay him $8,100.However, he deviated from the agreed terms by demanding payment upfront, even before completing the work. We compromised and paid him $1,500 with the understanding that the remaining balance would be settled upon job completion. He still demanded more money and we paid him the $3,100. His demand was never-ending and we gave him $500 more. We gave him all these amount because we had travel arrangements overseas, and we needed him to finish the job quickly.Despite receiving $5,100 from us, he failed to complete any of the tasks outlined in our agreement. We have a video and his own handwritten paper at hand. His incompetence is evident in his attempts to construct the storage house using substandard materials that couldn't withstand even moderate weather conditions. To make things worse, after failing to build the storage with the substandard materials, he came with an accusation that our son made a *********** parts of those useless materials. I asked him to show me those supposed dents in front of witnesses. However, dishonesty person was calculating our travel to overseas and refrain to show what he was blaming. He built only the backyard fence and poured concrete in a location we didn't choose. The backyard fence then was found to be in a very low standard and he didn't complete the whole part. We then agreed with another person and paid more money. So, we are now demanding a full refund of the $5,100 paid to him. Failure to comply with this demand will leave us with no choice but to pursue legal action to recover our losses and hold him accountable for his fraudulent behavior.
