Worst company to deal with! They took it upon themselves to do repairs without us authorizing for the repairs to be done and are now wanting us to pay over $11,000.00. We told the insurance and I even told ******, his dad and their secretary that we probably won't be getting the hail damage fixed since there's other issues with the vehicle. I was then threaten that his dad would call the cops and have me arrested for trespassing, getting threatened for a mechanics lein but we still don't have any paperwork for a work order that anyone has even authorized or seen for them to do the repairs. Then even after we told them face to face that we didn't want it fixed but wouldn't give us our truck, they still continued to work on the truck and finish it all together. I have never been treated or talked to by anyone, especially a business owner, ever in my life. Extremely disrespectful, thief's, crooks and liars! Claims that the original estimate that was sent to the insurance company, not us, is the invoice but keeps stating it's an estimate. We still have nothing that says what was done or how much it cost or anything and they still have no authorization to do the repairs they did and they even put on the wrong parts. Story changes every 5 seconds and it's all threats about a lawyer. I've tried to make a deal or come to an agreement but I'm getting nowhere with these crooks. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
