      Caprock Home Health is a joke.They sent an aide to my Moms house that had no transportation,was 77yr old&walked with a cane and in no way,shape or form could meet mothers needs of picking up a few groceries,taking a load or two of laundry to the laundry mat or being able to scrub or clean as mother needed. They were very unprofessional not so much as leaving a business card or document with thier name(s) or a phone #for mom to call.Also other people not employed by the agency were appearing @Moms front gate for the aide that had no business being there.THX to Caprock&sending an aide with no transportation which limited the services mom could access,she did not have enough check marks for services they would provide for her to qualify for the program.Which we are contesting as that is Caprocks fault of sending an individual incapable of meeting her needs.Caprock is unprofessional, unreliable & untrustworthy!!Things that start out as a problem stay a problem&this was our experience with this company.

      Caprock Home Health Lubbock is very unorganized they have left my elderly dad without a caregiver for days plenty of times. They say they didn't realize this was happening. They even had caregivers clocking in and not even show up to provide services. They even told my dad they were putting him on a list of refusing a caregiver. One of the services they provide is to cook meals and the caregiver didn't know how to cook she said so he didn't want that caregiver, so they said they were going to put him on file that he refused a caregiver another words threatening him or trying to force him to accept this caregiver or lose his chance to get another caregiver he was confused. It's so sad he was being treated like that.
