**** moving company and owner *********************. Once he has charged you premium rates for moving and storage he is DONE WITH POLITENESS AND HELPING YOU. Moved my home to his storage facility. "facility is temperature controlled and we will secure and take care of your belongings." My children went to check on our belongings. What a shock, suitcases lying in the open, boxes, half opened, boxes with hardware for my furniture, labeled hardware, missing the hardware. Shocking to say the least. We picked up suitcases and all other items lying in open and brought them home. Move finally achieved after months of delay. ********************* did not want to lose the 600 dollars per month storage fee, (which I paid for 19 mths), after being charged, 15 k to move the house locally to storage facility. Sent stuff thru WHEATON *** LINES, *****************************. (what a nightmare she is ). **** moving damaged my furniture, which WHEATON took pictures of and gave to him and his employees, at time of loading. Lost hardware all on ********************** (and wheaton employees put this on internet). If you can charge me this kind of money, you should take care of my belongings. Called him to go over furniture breakage and replacement of hardware. "I am not going to pay for someone to go buy the hardware all over again, and put your furniture together, LET ME TELL YOU HOW THIS IS GOING TO WORK" ******: after you charged the fees, contractual agreement, you need to uphold that agreement. Take care of my cargo -- contractual agreement. You own the business, the buck stops with you. lessons to *********************: "let me introduce myself to you, my name is CUSTOMER" "Always forgive your enemies, BUT NEVER FORGET THEIR NAMES.' Quality is doing it right when no one is looking . Reflect on this *********************. Let me tell you how this is going to go from here now, My name is customer. who does not haggle over prices with you and pays on time and trusts you. Get you business act right!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not accurate. This shipment was brought in as a local storage. Then converted to an interstate shipment. We simply asked Mrs. ****** to fill out a claim form to support her claim. She had already filled out a claim form with Wheaton Vanlines totally separate company. We cannot file a claim or look at a claim form from another company. When we asked her to fill out the claim form, she stated she will not. I also have several very mean and ugly text messages and screaming voicemails from this customer. We will be happy to address her if she will follow the appropriate procedure. We simply need a claim form. We also reserve the right to repair the item if it is not damaged beyond repair, She did not like that either. We always do our best to service our customers, We do have to follow procedure on claims and unfortunately it is not always what the customer wants to hear.
