    Purchased new Vehicle in May of 2022. Dealer states bumper to bumper warranty no questions asked Center console tore due to s***** material, same issue with the steering wheel which was replaced under warranty. Have also had rear window replaced under warranty due to fault glass that shattered onto my newborn. Have had nothing but issues with this vehicle since day 1 After 3 weeks of waiting was told the tear was not covered under warranty, which would be a breach of warranty based on what we were told, as a verbal contract is binding in the state. This issue needs to be resolved immediately or I will seek legal action.

    Although the vehicle was purchased at a different dealership we want to do the very best for our customers so we did what we could at a dealer level.  We sent this up to the manufacture to try to get this covered.  However, after they viewed the photos they feel as if this was neglect and wear and tear but not a factory defect. I would advise reaching out to the dealership where purchased to state your case.

    "My Mother went to Spirit Chrysler in October 2022 with her 2018 ****** Rav4 and owing ********************** around $17,000. But when she left, she still had the same car, yet now owed Chrysler Financial a whopping $30,000! She thought she was refinancing for a better deal, but it turned out to be an unethical situation. I reported this to Chrysler headquarters and reached out to Spirit, but they just claimed she agreed to the terms. The document doesn't mention anything about a trade-in value, and she left with the same car! They even charged her for tax, title, and licenses, even though she already paid taxes when she first bought the car. It's mind-blowing how they act like this is normal.So They basically sold her own car back to her at a higher price without any proper documentation. We need to address this in the complaint to make sure they're held accountable for their actions.We need to expose Spirit Chrysler and make this right. How many others have been scammed?

    Good Afternoon,  I did not respond in time as I was waiting for Spirit to make right on their promises. Here is the what has transpired since the last response.

    On Monday, November 6, 2023, and Tuesday, November 7, 2023, I spoke to ******************* on the phone regarding this matter. He was very apologetic and admitted to the unethical business agreement that took place. He said that they wanted to make my mother whole on the deal and get the balance back to where it should be. He blamed a third-party company for the entire deal.
    Over the phone, he agreed to pay back the tax fees, title fees, and the difference in what the vehicle was "sold" back to my mother. He also said that my mother had to come in and sign paperwork to cancel the warranty, and that would go back to her balance as well.

    On Friday, November 10, 2023, my mother, sister, and brother-in-law went into Spirit Chrysler to sign the paperwork to cancel the warranty as agreed. At this point, they signed the attached agreement.

    As of today,11/20/2023, the agreement has not been upheld. I have attached my mother's current balance as of today with Chrysler Capital. *******************, the General Manager, is who we have been in contact with.

    My dad got a ******** dont know how to read or write so when. I got the car they added a bunch of money cuz I told them he dont know how to read or write they charged him ****** for 2016 *** optima

    I am not sure how you arrived at the sales price as you stated.  The 16 Optima was purchased in Sept of 2019 and had 22k miles on it with a sales price of $16,965. I will be happy to review the documents with you at your convenience.  Thank you and Sincerely,

    On July 3rd, 2023 I was scammed out 1200$ from a spirit Chrysler dodge employee. He sold me a car that already had a current owner. They told me they fired the employee on July 7th, 2023 and theres nothing else that they can do about it. Im missing work, Im in nursing school, and Im out of 1200$ and still no car. The spirit car-lot has not tried to do anything to resolve this problem or return my money.

    This business sent a flyer in the mail with a scratch-off matching number indicating that I had won $1,000 instant cash and that I was "guaranteed winner." I telephoned them first to verify this and they said yes it was true and to come in to the showroom. When I arrived the showroom was filled with other people holding the same flyers that told them that they had also won. After speaking with a sales person, he told me that I had failed to read the fine print on the flyer and that I would not receive $1,000 and instead could look at a prize board to see what I had won. The prize board indicated that I had won at $5 Walmart gift card. This is bait and switch deceptive advertising.

    I am sorry you felt this was a bait and switch. No purchase was necessary to have a chance at winning the bigger prizes. Everyone won a gift but unfortunately your number did not match to one of the bigger prizes

    The assertion "...unfortunately your number did not match to one of the bigger prizes" is incorrect. The number that appears after I scratched off the coating exactly matches the number listed on one of the bigger prizes: the $1,000 instant cash prize advertised on the flyer. The two numbers match exactly.

    Spirit auto dealership has failed to respond to numerous messages written down by receptionists to the finance managers over the last month. I have been trying to call to cancel both the service contract and tire contract on my 2019 Chevy Tahoe that was an overpriced used vehicle sold to me 3 months ago. The bank that financed my vehicle stated I could get refunded almost $4000 in service contract and tire contract fees. Spirit needs to honor request and cancel both contracts and refund from November 2022 instead of December for failing to respond to requests. The finance managers are screening my calls and they are not returning calls because the dealership will lose out on the money even after they overpriced me a 2019 used Chevy Tahoe for over $50K. I could have obtained a 2019 Chevy Tahoe premier fully loaded for that price . I demand they honor my request to cance all extended service contracts and tire contracts and refund money to my bank immediately. I have also filed a complaint with the consumer finance protection bureau. I will seek legal action if they do not uphold my request.

    False and misleading ad for prize #4 for up to one year free chick-fil-a. They told me I won a $5 coupon to chick-fil-a, but they were out of coupons and I could come back and get one. They gave me a rain check. The ad said I was guaranteed one of the 5 prizes.

    RO NUMBER:XXXXX on August 31 2022 I had my truck a 2003 dodge ram 1500 pick up towed to spirit made a split payment of$300.00 on September 21 2022 and $686.61 on September 30 2022 total amount paid being to them $986.61 on September 13 2022 ****** told me the fuel pump and map sensor is no good needs to be replaced October 5 2022 i asked if i could have my old fuel pump back since it was under warranty and i just had it put on a month prior to taking it to this shop, ****** said yes they would put it in the backseat of the vehicle when they put in the new one. on October 7 2022 i called to ask if they swapped out the pump and could i pick up the old one ****** told me that the technician that was working on my truck no longer worked there anymore and they couldnt find the fuel pump that they replaced. i kept calling to check on my vehicle after being told repeatedly that they are very busy and havnt had time to look at my vehicle i went physically to the shop to find out what is going on when i get there ***** gives me the same lie that they are working on it and how busy they are and then tells me i will have to pay for a second diagnosis because now the truck has electrical issuses. i told him ive already paid in full why do i have to pay for a second diagnosis shouldnt the first one show everything you need to know i told him to stop everything i was taking my truck home .after i get it home had the tank dropped to discover that the same pump i purchased from autozone was in the gas tank not the part that they charged me for I had marked the top of the part with polish if it was new it shouldnt have a marking . the fuel pump they charged me labor and parts price for was purchased at oreillys on September 14 2022 part #MPAXXXXX the fuel pump i purchased from autozone is ******** . i would like a refund of the part price and labor for the fuel pump plus towing fee of $70 for having my vehichle sent back not working as he said it should by the end of the week

    Went and tried to get car out on may 14, 2022, had no credit but they said they could help me. A whole week went by with them saying my car was not ready but supposedly it was in great condition. Went back n forth with them about getting my 2500$ down payment refund back. At first they said it couldnt be refunded, after going back and forth with them they finally said come in and get my refund. That was on may 20, 2022, they refunded the money back on my card said it could probly take up to 3 days. Here we are may 25,2022 and ive called several times because my refund ain't in my card, they jus keep telling me they're going to call me back and never do. Please help
