People within this company have no morals and will double bill without concern or fear of retribution. Their hand clinic on the loop especially has poor clinical engagement with patients. There have been multiple patients re-injured and rehabilitated because of poor clinical judgement.

I was in a severe vehicle crash November 21, 2022, I was in rehabilitation in Lubbock, *****, for 5.5 months. Initially I received treatment from Physical Therapy Today (PPT), Lubbock, **. I provided my ********** Blue Shield (BCBS) Insurance coverage and I was advised that PTT accepted BCBS and that my co-pay was $20 per visit. I paid my $20 copay to PTT each visit. Although I was unaware of this, PTT chose to fail to file any insurance claim with my BCBS policy. I consulted an attorney in Lubbock, who advised me that most likely PTT was failing to file with BCBS because they were attempting to obtain a higher reimbursement amount from USAA vehicle collision coverage, than the contract amount which they would receive from BCBS. The attorney specifically described PTT as being greedy in trying to obtain a larger compensation, which was NOT in my best interests as their patient, and which was in violation of my specific instructions to PTT. I inquired of PTT regarding what my $20 co-pay was being applied to, since no claim was filed with BCBS. I stopped all treatment appointments with PTT and began treatment with a different physical therapy provider in Lubbock, which did file insurance claims with BCBS. PTT reported my non-payment to them on my credit report, when I had instructed them to file my insurance claim with BCBS. It was their choice not to file I do not owe any money to PTT. I paid my $20 co-pays for each visit, as they had led me to believe that they were filing my insurance claims with BCBS. PTT should not be rewarded for their FRAUDULENT behavior. I am making additional reports of this matter regarding PTT.
