    Purchased a used jeep from jm Chevrolet in ****** ** . I was told from the sales person that the vehicle had a new oil change and filters. After the sale was finished the service department told me that they was told from management to not do (anything ) to the vehicle because they was going to carry it to an auction. Thats something else they didnt tell me . I asked them do they always dont service a vehicle before they sell it . They said yes we always service a vehicle before the sale. But the the vehicle I purchased they said no servicing. Also oil pressure sensor and thermostat bad and actuator in dash bad. Buyers beware of this dealership

    Discussed issue with customer and he advised our staff that he had taken it to a Jeep dealership to address concerns since it's a Jeep product.

    JM Chevrolet helped me with a repair for my Suburban. They helped with towing, reached out to Chevrolet for a warranty question and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running properly before a family vacation. JM treats everyone like family.

    I just want to say thank you for such a wonderful experience! My daughter is a new driver and this was her first car. Its a good thing and no so good. I think you get more worrisome at this point. They worked with us and I feel shes in a safe car that doesnt hurt the pocket book. Thanks for all you did!

    I purchased a 2023 Corvette from JM Chevrolet back in December 2022. I've had several questions about settings in the car and how certain functions work. Every time I contact them with a question they are always very willing to help answer my question. I recently ordered a high wing spoiler for the car from JM Chevrolet and took it to them for the installation. The service was great and when I picked up my car they had wrapped the original spoiler in bubble wrap and put it in a box so it didn't get scratched. They had also put a plastic cover over my seat so it didn't get anything on it when they moved car around. The service, friendliness, and professionalism at JM Chevrolet is fabulous and I will continue to do business with them.
