      Contacted ***** on 3/24/22 in regards to shingles lifting. He said hed file a claim with TAMKO since he said it was due to shingles and not labor. He said TAMKO and himself should meet at the property to test shingles and it would take up to 60 days. I never heard anything after that. Never received confirmation of a claim being filed or removal of said shingles for lab testing. I followed up 5/31/22, 6/7/22 and was ignored. After I questioned him again 6/8/22 he responded asking if someone came to remove shingles. No one has been to my house or initiated any claim he said he filed in March according to TAMKO. I filed the claim myself on 6/16/22. Im not sure if its an shingle issue or labor issue at this point but I felt the owner dropped the ball in handling it in a timely manner and ensuring his customer was taken care of. Im extremely understanding but I just didnt feel that ***** cared about making sure this was resolved.

      I went and look at Mrs. ******* roof and found nothing wrong with it.  I spoke with her personally while on site. She said she will call and withdrawal the complaint.
