    They had a special for having as many car washes as you wanted. They billed me $19.95 for a car wash. If I came back for a 2nd wash they would bill $39.00. I did not come back for a 2nd car wash but they billed me $39.00 with out my permission. I called to get a refund and the owner refused to issue a refund. That is a shady operation.

    Our top wash is $19 for a single wash. We offer a promo for our membership program that allows a customer to pay the same $19 for the first month of unlimited washes, then recurring at the normal $39/month price. The customer signed up for the promo membership deal and requested that we cancel and refund the membership, a week after recurrence. It's in the nature of memberships that once recurred, the "tag" is good until the same date the next month. Therefore, after processing payment and later hearing request of cancellation, the tag remains good until the last day of the paid for month. I've attached the filled out membership sign-up card for authenticity that the customer did in fact sign-up for a monthly membership.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    this was not fully explained to me.  The ***************** that signed me up said it would cost $19.00 and when I would come in for the next wash they would bill me $39.00.  I did not go back for a second wash nor did I give them permission to access my bank account.  I did not know of this charge till I checked my bank account a few days later.  This whole thing is shady.  I never went for another car wash and did not expect to be billed.  I will not ever use this business again.  They are decitful and not honest people.
