    I'm actually going to make this short and to the point. My story is a very long one. The bottom line is if you value anything you own or if you have anything that has memories for you, and need to store it anywhere. DO NOT use Magnolia's Best Storage, it was a complete and utter nightmare for us..... from the staff ....to the facility .....to stolen items, you name it we had it done to us during our experience. So if they are your only choice for storage, take it outside and burn it all, at least you've had control over what happens to your valuables. One star is incredibly generous, but you have to chose a rating.

    This person continues to submit complaints about us. She is no longer a tenant with us as her unit was sold at auction for unpaid rents. We worked with her for over 1 1/2 years when she was delinquent. Finally, she just would not pay on her account causing it to go into auction. At the end of the auction she did in fact receive a motorcycle that was in the unit covered up by lumber debris as to be hiding it. Other items were also returned to her generously by the auction winner. Items were not stolen nor was anything trown away. We still in fact have photos here for her that she refused to pick up. I cannot discard them until after 3 years. We feel bad that she lost her unit in auction over a year ago, but it is pretty sad that she still lashes out whenrever she gets depressed over it. This person has gone all over social media making false statements regarding the loss of her belongings. WE pray for Mrs. Lynn * and her loss but cannot tolerate this abuse towards us.
