      This utility company claims to provide clean, safe water. The water that comes out of my tap smells like a chemical plant. I've tested this water and the water that flows through the creek at the back of the neighborhood and both tested the same, bad. I've lived here for 12 years and, on average, spend $80 a month on water to drink and cook with. I won't even let my animals drink it.

      Can't help but feel unlucky for having been assigned Quadvest to run my new construction neighborhood's water service. Over $100 monthly for water and sewage "service" fees for a brand new neighborhood - before we use a drop of water each bill is in the hundreds. Water bill for a family of 2 is consistently over $200 and there is nothing that can be done about it. What a joke.
