    This is the most unprofessional company towards customer service I have ever seen. First off, after a customer has been bounced around for hours and to multiple people, they last thing the rep should be is rude to the customer, basics 101. My house sits at the top of a cul de sac. They never pick up before entering, they used mine as a marker upon exit of the sac. I have been told this many times from all the drivers when I have done goodies and being outside to take the kids to school. I have also never had any sort of issue as the crew has always been extremely pleasant. This particular driver intentionally skipped my pickup and then when I asked the truck crew if they were seriously refusing my pickup, told me they would circle back around. I called customer service immediately to report it at 8am. When the truck did circle around, the driver again intentionally flew right past. After calling customer service multiple times all day long, they were unhelpful, unapologetic, and one was so rude and used the excuse that the cans weren’t out there at 7am on the dot, when they clearly were like they have been for years as the truck is in the cul de sac. Then while on the phone with them, the truck was in our park area getting trash and still did not come to pick up. Between customer service and operations, they do not care about their customers. This should have been an easy task to cross off but instead blew up into an all day complaint with zero resolution on their part. Now when I call back, my calls just go to voicemail. This will be brought up at our next HOA and a complaint filed to our MUD to push to change companies. They don’t deserve our residential contract.
