      Highly recommend Imperial Foundation Repair. Made an appointment to check beams and jousts after feeling some changes in our living room. After making a full inspection under the house and taking measurements inside the house (we had measurements from 4 years prior to compare to), they recommended no work be done as what we are experiencing was mainly due to our flooring. So appreciated their honesty saying they could make some adjustments under the house though truly it may not solve this specific issue and could possibly cause other issues. Will absolutely call on them again. Have shared our experience with Imperial Foundation Repair with others knowing this is a solid company with good, caring people running it.

      Imperial foundation did a great job on our foundation in **************. They went above and beyond what was originally quoted. We sold that home with the warranty and purchased a new home that is needing foundation work and are working with them again because of the type of work they do and we trust them.       We had imperial come out in 2017 and did 15 steel piers, we were pleased with the service and attention our house was given. We have recently sold our house and had y’all come back out to do 10 additional piers based on engineer’s recommendation. Imperial did a pay at close job for us to allow us to sell our house, this was a tremendous help for us and highly recommend this team! Special thanks ******!

      “We had 5 companies come out trying to sell us on piers that we didn’t need. ***** ******* at Imperial Foundation Repair ended up showing us that it was not piers that we needed but just guttering and drainage. Saving us $10,000 from the other bids that were recommending lifting our house rather than addressing the drainage. We had them come back out a year later and the exterior beam had dropped back down like he said it would. Highly recommend this honest company and team”

      We bought a house in north Fort Worth about three years ago. The sellers didn’t disclose it house foundation issues. We had 5 companies come out including project manager ***** ******* at Imperial Foundation Repair. He was thorough and honest. It came down to the final three reputable companies and we decided to go with Imperial Foundation Repair. It was the best decision we made. We saved $3,500 from the other two companies which worked out in our favor because we ended up needing some minor plumbing work done after the foundation was lifted and repaired. We called them back out to check the foundation elevation levels 2 years later and sure enough everything was exactly where we wanted the levels to be at. We also used their sister company to have them paint our house and replace our roof with the recent hail storms that came through 2024. All of their construction crews are first class. We’ve recommended them to over 10 family members and friends and they work constantly in our neighborhood and community!
