    Scam took my money, cancelled my insurance policy 13 days later, and did not refund me remaining balance. Spoke with *** at the office completely unapologetic. They canceled my policy due to my criminal background record which if they felt so strongly about this they should have never accepted it.

    This insurance company owes me money from a claim accident and now all of sudden they do not pick up my phone calls and they send my phone to voicemail. I wouldnt trust these people. I dont even think they have an office only a P.O Box.

    We're disappointed in this experience and able to confirm that the matter was being resolved when notification was provided. Our hope is that this matter is resolved satisfactorily and regret any inconvenience due to what is best categorized as unexplainable postal delivery matters. The situation has been documented, to include appropriate follow up, to ensure complete & final resolution.

    A very highly drunk driver ran through our back yard going over 50 mph, damaged our fence and our trampoline. Venture is denying the claim because the driver whom could have killed someone claims they were tying to unalive themselves. He was not hurt, got out of the car, walked around then got back In the car and went to sleep, even put his seat back to sleep good. The passenger left the scene of the accident before officers arrived. The owner of the car now wants to say they MEANT to report the car stolen after the fact so they cannot be held liable even thou the driver had the keys to the car. The ignorant claims adj ******* and Manager, paper pusher ****** denied the claim before getting the police report back or obtaining the drivers alcohol level. They were very rude, talked over you didn't care about your damages & then to find out they are friends with the owner of the car makes it worse. How can a company deny a claim BEFORE getting all the evidence. They then proceed to tell me IF I OBTAIN more evidence to let them know that they don't request hospital records they solely go based on statements to make claim decisions. The driver didn't even know his name at the scene he was so drunk so how does he remember what happened. He slept for over 40 min in the car before help arrived and it took 5 medical staff to even lift him from the car he was so intoxicated. Now we have to hire a lawyer which we are definitely doing. You can't just say oh I wanted to unalive myself to get out of your negligent decisions. He could have killed other innocent people. Had it been 3 hours earlier he would have hit a yard full of innocent kids and what then??? To top it off he is here illigally. Had it of been a family member of the insurance company, they would be paying the claim with no issues.

    If I could give a negative star, I would. They don't care about customer, they just want their ********* days of extension for a payment, and said couldn't do anything....ridiculous....not even a let me see what I can do. ....THEY SUCK! DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THEM. Of course they're not accredited, now you know why!

    Absolutely terrible insurance company. Their client hit my car. I called to file a claim. After that, nothing happened. I called the adjuster, ******, repeatedly. She has no intention to do the job, simply telling me that her client is not responding and nothing she can do. After 30 days, she simply closed the case. I would have no other option but to file a lawsuit. I cannot believe this company is still in business.

    Horrible insurance company! Their client at fault and I have been unable to work settlement out for overall year.
