    Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Tri-Color regarding the purchase of a vehicle from their establishment. I believe that I have been a victim of misrepresentation and fraudulent practices by the dealership. On May 13th 2023, I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet 1500 VIN **************** from Tri-Color Auto Sales. During the sales process, the salesman Alejandro explicitly represented the vehicle as a "one-owner with zero accident history" vehicle. This claim was a significant factor in my decision to purchase the car, as I value the history and maintenance of a single-owner vehicle. However, after completing the purchase and conducting my own research, I discovered that the vehicle in question has had multiple owners and accidents in the past. This discrepancy between the dealership's representation and the actual ownership history is not only misleading but also raises concerns about the integrity and honesty of Tri-Color Auto. I would like to bring this matter to your attention and request your assistance in addressing this issue. The deceptive practices employed by the dealership have not only affected my trust in their business but have also led to financial consequences for me as a consumer. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with Tri-Color Auto but have not received a satisfactory response. I believe that the Better Business Bureau's intervention is necessary to ensure fair business practices and protect consumers from such deceptive conduct. I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Tri-Color Auto. I also request that you inform me of any steps taken and the resolution of this complaint. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.     -Purchased Vehicle from TriColor Corpus Christi, TX -Alan with Tricolor said my vehicle needed servicing and will set appt for service . -Failed to do so, i waited a week before calling to check status, no service was ever made to begin. -Called tricolor and made servixe appt. myself, directed to pepboys -Took car to pepboys, couldnt figure out the problem -Recalled tricolor stating there is something wrong with car can we rediagnostic another place, directed to Arturo Mechanic shop -took car on 7/10/23 9am to Arturo mechanic shop, found out Wastegate solenoid valve needs replacement -notified tricolor and they recieved estimate but now stating under my CPI and warranty it doesnt cover part, advised me i have to pay the money to fix part myself but like i said when i bought the car the Sales person told me it will be fixed by tricolor . Now tricolor said they will add to my monthly payment cost of part to be fixed when that was not original agreement. Im not paying for part to be fixed when tricolor said they were going to fix it. iv reached out to tricolor multiple times and i never get a call back, i have spoke to supervisors that promise a call back but never get a call back, iv also spoke with service dept. and service advisors and still am yet to fet the situation fixed. At this point i want my money back i put down on the car so i can go elsewhere.

    On 01/03/2023 my truck was repossessed by this company for a clerical error on their part. I was told I owed payments that were already made and processed by this company. I attempted for a period of 3 weeks to get clarification on the issue of accounting and was told the account was current on 12/30 and then have the vehicle taken 4 days later. I was then given the run around about where my money was and how it was applied and told I owed even more money than I was initially told. I was given 4 different people to speak with and told basically that i could not get my vehicle back even though the payments were not in arrears. This company is defrauding me by taking my money and my vehicle. This company should ne investigated for fruad.

    we bought a car from tri-color and have been having issues with it every since we were told to have monthly payments then it comes to our attention we have bi-weekly. We signed for the car at certain value like you usually do for a car note and then as we are paying the car note the value of the car keeps increasing so we arnt able to pay the car off money from our car. we have payed are car note multiple times in advance and they dont show it was ever paid but the money was taken out if account so we have been paying more money then what the car is worth because of all the scamming
