    I lived at SoHo Parkway starting in Aug 2021. Upon move in, there were issues with the technology being used for their account. The entire time I lived there, Tricon Residential was the owner of the property. They since sold Soho Apartments so they are try to not take accountability for this. They sent a fraudulent $350 to collections that I was never told about. After not hearing from them and reaching out multiple times to settle this I thought that it was taken care of. Fast forward to today, I had never received a notice after providing Tricon with my new forwarding address. They sold the "debt" to Sentry and not Sentry reported a derogatory **** to the credit bureaus. I submitted a BBB complaint against ****** and they responded saying they no longer own Soho, I am fully aware. They sold my "debt" when they sold the apartment complex. I have threads of conversations with *****, who managed the apartment at the time, telling me that they had an accounting error and couldn't correct it in the system. So, I know exactly what was sent to collections fraudulently. I have never been delinquent on an account, it is very important to me. Please help, this just doesn't seem fair.
