    On Oct 22 I went to Take 5 for a car wash following Hurricane ****** to clean the storm debris off my car. At checkout I was offered a monthly subscription which I emphatically declined and paid by debit card for the service that day. On Nov. 23 a fraudulently and unauthorized monthly subscription was charged to my debit card. I immediately cancelled my debit card and called the business leaving several detailed messages for the manager with no response. I have no need for a subscription as explained as I am able to wash my car at home. I have also filed a complaint and dispute of the charge to my bank.

    On 8-22-2024 I visited the Take5 Carwash in ************, ********, I had a $30.00 monthly membership fee, they washed my 2017 Tahoe, the following day I noticed severe scatches on hood and roof, on 8-26-2024, I returned to site and spoke with manager ****** ***** and he had me fill out claim form, took some pictures and said he would submit info. I have not been contacted at all and have emailed and called in with no results. Estimate for repairs is $2283.00.

    I have been paying a monthly membership at Take 5 Car Wash and there are 3 closes to me that I can use. At all 3 the Car Washes the place is falling apart. The vacuums do not work the dryer in the actual car wash does not work the brushes to clean your car off before are broken or not there the water in the buckets is never changed. I pay my monthly membership and when I go to get my car washed, I expect everything to work. I understand if it breaks, and something has to be ordered and wait but this is all the time. How is it NO vacuums work????? When I asked about the brush, I was told it was stolen and we will not replace it. That was at the one in ***** *****. (Which is where I live so I frequent this one more often I don't understand how everything is broken or not working or gone yet they take my $19.99 out every month on the exact date it is to be taken but I can't get my car dried off or vacuumed or just try to get some of the bugs off the front. Please help or I am about to cancel and go somewhere else. I have been with Take 5 since it opened which it was Boogies first. It is so sad to see this company not care about maintaining and keeping things running properly .

    Today at approximately 1:50 pm I was in an incident at the Take 5 car wash at ******************** The truck in front of me had racks over their truck bed and they got caught under the first over head roller the first one caused me to lunge forward and almost hit them so I started looking to see whats going on and see the car behind me and then they get really stuck on the second second over head roller and thats when the track pushed me into them and I hit them I held on my breaks and honked the horn and waited a while for the staff to turn off the car wash I rolled down my window as the staff walked up and I told them I hit them and they said no I didnt and went to talk to the guy I hit so I got out because I didnt believe him and I took pictures of my license plate hanging off and a dent in my truck from their hitch The staff finally got us all out of there and I spoke with the guy I hit **** and his truck is fine it was his hitch that I hit so there was no other damage **** told me he told your staff about his racks before going through After I went to speak with ************** believe the staff member who said he was the manager and he told me this is between me and **** and I know better and demanded the owners information so they can fix this as I am sure they would have insurance for something like this I want them to provide their insurance information and pay for the damages and a loaner while my truck is in the shop being repaired as this is not my fault in any way
