Home Consignment Center - McKinney Response

not received her check and had registered a complaint with the BBB. Since previous checks had not made it to her mailbox, even though we had confirmed her address, on 5/13 we decided to send another replacement check to the store where she consigned the item and she could pick it up. Northern California to Texas takes a bit of time but we have really tried to get her check into her hands. I'm sorry she is having trouble getting her check but, it is not for lack of effort on Home Consignment Center's part. HCC sends out approximately 10,000 consignor checks a month and very rarely have any problems with the USPS. We look forward to Ms ****** being able to pick up her check from our McKinney store within a few days.
