      I have received nonstop contact from AIL from various agents. I have expressed my disinterest. I have specifically requested to be removed from their contact list. I would like to stop receiving calls and text messages from AIL. The organization I work with will no longer be partnering with AIL to offer life insurance as a result of this type of frustrating and bothersome communication.

      We would like to thank ****************** for allowing us to respond.  Our records show that ****************** completed and submitted beneficiary designation cards for the no cost group coverage currently being provided by American Income Life through FOE/Local 2277 which would have prompted the contact by an independently contracted agent. 

      As requested, we have added his information to our internal Do Not Call list and have requested the local business which services his area to mark their records accordingly. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for this process to go through our system during which time he may be contacted. In the event that occurs we ask that he kindly inform the caller he has been added to the list and to discontinue contact.  If he wishes, he may also provide the callers name and phone number so it can be addressed as appropriate on an individual basis.

      We hope to have addressed Mr. ******** concerns.

      Trying to cancel two of our four policies since December of 2023. Now trying to cancel all four policies because they are too pushy, call nonstop, have agents that are separate from the company that will call up to four times in 30minutes, agents say that our policy qualifies for an upgrade with more coverage for less money and other agents have no clue about what phone calls have been made or what information has been discussed, haven't received any cancelation notices to sign since December and customer service keeps saying they haven't processed it yet. They asid they would refund our money for what they have taken out for what was supposed to be the canceled policies.

While the policies were in force you had the security of coverage.  Policy ******** will be surrendered for the cash value of $26.25.  Policy ******** will be surrendered for the cash value of $22.75.  Please allow 7 business days for the release of funds.

      In January 2020, I received a call from an American Income Life Insurance Agency representative (**** *******) indicating that I qualified for discounted life insurance as a Fraternal Order of Eagles member. **** met with me and my boyfriend (*********************) on February 5, 2020, to review life insurance policies available for ******. We purchased a Group Term Life Insurance Policy #********. I began paying monthly premiums (drafted from my checking account) in the amount of $92.59.In September 2020, I received notification from the Fraternal Order of Eagles that they are in no way affiliated with American Income Life Insurance Agency and that FOE members should not have received calls from American Income Life.I was defrauded by American Income Life Insurance Agency representing themselves as a partner of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. I am requesting my premiums paid to date in the amount of $4,629.50 be reimbursed to me; I agree the policy can be cancelled once my premiums are returned. In the past 4 years, I have been contacted by three different insurance agents representing American Income Life Insurance Agency stating they have taken over my policy. I have expressed my concern with the above deceit but was told that I could not be reimbursed for past premiums paid. As such, I have continued to pay the premiums to avoid losing the money already invested. Recently, in January 2024, *****************************, the latest agent managing my policy, contacted me to discuss Denniss policy. I explained my dissatisfaction with the deceitful practices and requested to convert the term life insurance policy to a whole life policy. On January 25, 2024, I submitted my agreement to convert to a Whole Life Silver Policy. ***************************** indicated the new policy would be sent to me. To date, I have not received the new policy, and my many attempts to reach him and American Income Life Insurance Agency have been unsuccessful.

      We would like to thank ************************* for contacting our office regarding this matter.  Our records show that she is the owner of Term Life policy ******** issued on the life of *********************.  Her request for a refund of premiums came outside the examination period and was declined.  I reached out directly to ************************* and offered to cancel the policy as of a current date.  In turn, she requested that the policy be converted to a Whole Life policy.

      This policy is convertible.  However, our *********************** questioned whether that would be suitable for the insured.  This information has been given to the writing agents management team.  They will reach out to ******** directly to discuss the available options.

      I am rejecting this response because:   American Income Life Insurance has made no attempt to reach out to me.  I have received communications requesting me to complete the paperwork for cancelling the policy (which I do not wish to do) and a bill for the term life policy (which I also do not want).  I called the local office again and spoke to ***** (a manager at the local office on 4/23/2024; he indicated he would look into this and get back to me.  To date, I have heard nothing back.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I accept the business's response; however, this issue is not yet closed for the following reasons.  *************************** reached out to me on May 1 and explained my options. I initially decided to remain with the existing policy for *********************, but ***** committed to reach back out to me on May 2 to review the policy and answer any further questions I had.  I did not hear back from him, but called and left a message.  I would like a confirmation back from him that the existing Term-to-100 policy is still in effect and that my direct debit payments are still in place (I have not been billed since March).

      On April 18 2024 I reached out to ************************* who advised me she wanted information regarding converting Term policy ******* to a Whole Life policy.  A duplicate policy was mailed to her at that time.  The information regarding the conversation was provided to the local agency office. The agency office advised us on May 1, 2024 that they had reached out directly ************************* and confirmed that she wanted to continue the Term policy for *********************.  Our office was provided with new banking information, and a letter of confirmation was mailed to ************************* on May 7, 2024.  Policy ******** currently has a paid to date of July 5, 2024.

      Canceled 2 whole life policies in November of 2023. Have sent multiple cancellation forms as well as had countless phone calls. They continued to take the automatic withdrawal from my bank account. I then stopped the authorization for the automatic withdrawal. They then used the cash value of the policies to continue the premium payments. Policy #******* & #********. I continued to receive letters and phone calls to pay the premiums &/or take out a different policy. I have requested the cash value and to have the cash value they used reversed and returned to me as well. I have not received any money.

      On November 6, 2023 I contacted American Income Life to see about cashing out a policy, at the time I was that I had to get my mother's consent because she was the policy holder. On December 11,2023 I contacted American Income Life again to see about cashing out the policy now that it was in my name, and at that time the representative wanted to confirm my address, the address that they had on file WAS NOT my address NEVER was. It was an Arizona address. I then proceeded to update my address with the representative and requested to cash out my policy. The required paperwork was mailed to my current address in ********, **. I emailed the completed paper work back via the email address listed on the form on 12/19/23, receipt was confirmed on 12/20/23. I gave the business between 6 to 8 weeks to process the request of mailing me the check. I contacted the business on 2/14/24 to check on the status and at that time representative I spoke with didn't have the correct address I updated it with them and informed me that the check was mailed to the Arizona address and then I was directed to respond to that email address where I had previously submitted my form for cashing out my policy, The response I received from that address requested more information so I called again. I contacted the business on 2/19 to see why I needed to provide more information, and at that time I was told by that representative who had the incorrect address on file , I updated it with them again, and was I was informed that the check that was mailed had been cashed on 1/11/24. I was questioned by the representative saying you wasn't told this when you called last week? I told her no, if I was I wouldn't be calling asking the questions that I'm asking now. That representative could no longer help me I called again on 2/20/24 requesting to know who cashed the check informing them that this is fraud because I never received the check. I called on Feb, 28, Mar 1,7, 28th still not resolved.

      After not receiving any feedback, I followed back up with the company and ended up speaking with one of the representatives who I had spoken to on 3/1 previously about this situation. The representative (*****) remembered my case and was very shocked that it had not been resolved. She contact management, composed an email noting all of the necessary details pertaining to my case and marked it high priority due to how much time has passed. Later on that day I received an email from the company's paralegal (attached) where she stated she couldn't confirm whether or not the affidavit had been sent to the bank. Which is the same response I had received when I contacted the company back on 4/1/24 when I was told that it would be sent out on that date and to give it some time.  I then ask ***** about another check being sent out she then stated that it would not sent until they received the funds back. I stated to her that this is unsatisfactory that I have to continue wait because of an error that the company made by mailing the check to the wrong address in the first place. An address that I had never given them. I have been in ******* this entire time and confirmed the correct mailing address prior to cashing out my policy. This company has failed to do their part and I'm paying for their mistake.

      Our office has determined to reissue the surrender check without waiting for the forgery affidavit to be reviewed by the bank.  We anticipate releasing funds within the next 7 business days.

      Policy #********. Requested cancelation paperwork on March 13th, March 19th & March 28th. Still have not received. Payments taken after cancelation was requested. We would like our cash surrender value back and are being held hostage by this company.

      We would like to thank ****** and ************************* for reaching out to our office.  We located one Whole Life policy issued to ************************* on January 19, 2019.  We received his surrender authorization, and the policy was surrendered yesterday, the 22nd.  The surrender value of $405.04 will be direct deposited to his bank account.  We did not find a policy for ***********************.  If there are other policies, please provide our office with the policy number.

      I am a emergency contact on my parents life insurance policy as I would like to remain as , I do have to say though I am very disappointed with this company. They too 2 hours out of my day for a zoom call and basically forced and when I mean forced forced us to start our own policy which I had requested to cancel. The cancellation was requested but im still awaiting my refund back to my bank for the premium $63.15. I dealt with a person named ****** and very forceful making us buy a policy also trying to make us add friends to our policy and not only that she called our friends to try and sell them a policy to had nothing to do with us adding them to our policy. Im very ashamed cancelled my policy and want my money back. This company seems like there wanting to sell sell sell when literally just wanted to be emergency contact.

      We would like to thank ************************* for reaching out to us regarding this matter.  According to our records, ****** completed an application on March 16, 2024 which resulted in Whole Life policies ******** being issued.  We regret that ****** felt that he was "forced" to purchase the policies. Policy ******** was cancelled as of the date of issued and premiums refunded to his bank account on April 7, 2024. The policy applied for by ********************* was not issued and we do not show any premiums being drafted.

      I have called twice now to cancel and cash out my whole life/cancer policy. The first time last week, they told me they would send some forms via email for me to do so and they were never sent (not in my junk box either). Today when I called, I was transferred repeatedly and on hold over 40 minutes with no resolution. We pay our bill via auto draft and we received a paper bill in the mail today so they had to have updated something on their end last week.I want to cancel my policy and get my cash value refunded! Im not going to spend hours on customer service getting the runaround to do so. I have other things I have to get done and I work. I dont have time for that. I dont know if they are hoping my insurance will lapse if I dont make a payment now that they took off auto-draft and then they wont have to pay out the cash value or what. I just want this resolved (cancel my policies) and to get the cash-value I am owed.

      We would like to thank *************************** for reaching out to us regarding this matter.  Our records indicate that he was issued Whole Life policy ******** and Cancer policy ********, each with an effective date of July 23, 2021.  On March 13, ******* called our office to cancel the policies.  The automatic draft was cancelled on the policies and a cancellation authorization form was mailed.  We have not received the authorization.  Policy ******** will be cancelled as of March 23, 2024.  If the policy has cash value it will be released within 7 business days.  Cancer policy ******** will be cancelled as of march 23, 2024.  it has no cash value.

      Once I recived the contract to read I found it to not be all the salesman made it to be and had 30 days to cancel. I called on March 1st 12:33pm for 10 mins. then on March 4th 3:24 pm 26 min 11 sec on March 15th 3:34pm 20 min 46 sec. then last time March 19th 3:55pm 18 min 34 sec. On each call the representive siad they would either email or Mail me the cancelation form. None of them did. I finally found the form online after researching the company cancelaton problems. I have now emailed them 3 times to cancel they say they canceled mine but refused to cancel my wifes they have also in their last letter said they will continue to take money out of my personal checkeing account even though I have notified them in writing I do not authorize it. All I want is for them to refund what has been taken and cancel the policies we have requested to do so many times As of this wrighting on March 27th the amount deducted from my account is $87.59 If they take more I will want that money retured also.

      I am rejecting this response because:   Response is  completly false. The paperwork arrived the end of Feb. and It was when I saw the contract and called them withing 3 Days. First call March 1st Requesting cancelation form it was not sent called again March 4th then on March 15th then on March 19th after march 19th I finally was able to find the cancelation form after a lengthly search online, never did they send it to me as requsted. Contract isn't binding until the paperwork is in my hands and I have 30 days to review. I reviewed it in 3 days. It took over 30 becasue they did not send the cancelaton letter in a timely manner and I Had to find it online myself. If policy was canceled as they are saying why is there another $10.92 being taken from my checking account today instead of refunding the money they now owe me.

      I have $32.76 still not refunded. I can only have a full refund when I recive the remaining $32.76.

      Last payment of ***** was recived on May 1, 2024 They have refunded all money owed as long as they do not deduct anymore from my checking account we are good. Thank you for your assistance I do not believe they would have done the right thing without your help.
