      Having something like this eases my mind incase of an accident. As a single mother and business owner if I get sick or injured it would be catastrophic. ****** was very helpful, informative and basically a very pleasant gentleman. He is out in the ************ area.

      I explained to the salesman in detail my sons. Medical history and he said that it would not be a problem, and after he took all of my information. Did he come back to my office for the third time to tell me that the policy would not cover my son because of his prexisting condition. I said I no longer wanted it and then I was still charged but was never given a policy number so I cannot cancel it and no one will return my email. I think the next step is I'm going to have to change banks to get these people to stop charging me if I could give 0 stars, I would.

      The agent represented to me that I had emergency health insurance out of the country. I had emergency heart surgery in ****** and cannot locate anyone or any company on a claim? All I seem to be getting is a runaround and I have had quite a bit of money taken out of my account. Would like to know who and where and why both the company which I was told was global life and now family heritage and the agent also exist? I would be more than happy to give my phone number.But my recommendation is do not buy any emergency Coverage from this company.

      I BOUGHT MY ACCIDENT POLICY AT WORK WHEN TE GENTLEMEN CAME TO MY FACILITY. THE GENTLEMAN TOLD ME THAT I COULD RECEIVE ALL MY PREMIUMS BACK WHEN I WAS GOING TO CLOSE MY POLICY. I CALLED TODAY TO CANCELL IT AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO KEEP MY POLICY UNTIL 2048. I WILL NOT BE LIVING THAT LONG, GO FIGURE.
