This has been the worst experience I have had doing business with a company in my life. I have been with them 2 months, within those 2 months it has been nothing but a headache. I have dealt with several representatives and neither one has been on the same page. I have been getting the run around regarding my policy. Now it's been 2 weeks and supposedly they haven't received a money order yet. At this point I am glad to let the policy cancel and find a more reputable company!!!!!Globe Life Liberty National Division

Absolutely heres a more dramatic, snarky rewrite while keeping it tight for easy copy/paste:?I honestly didnt think it was possible for a company to be this unprofessional but here we are. My sibling, still in training, was laid off via group text. Yes, you read that right a group text. The message, from someone in leadership, literally said: Ive tried calling you both but no answer. Thank you for the time youve put in. Moving forward our company is just not the right fit for you. You will receive your paychecks Thursday. Wish you all the best.First of all no one tried to call. Not once. And now their direct report has completely ghosted and wont answer the phone.Who handles peoples livelihoods like this? Its giving scam. If this is how they treat their employees, I can only imagine how they treat their customers.Of course, I immediately checked the BBB and shocker: a 1.6 rating. Not even surprised. We've had Liberty National for YEARS without a single problem. Now since Globe Life has taken over its been h*** getting our premiums paid. You'd think it would be easy making a payment. Not with them!! This is about the 3rd time they're telling me my policy has lapsed and to please call them but yet I paid it online over a month ago and it's still "processing". I have 6 policies with them. I paid them all at once but yet only 3 were processed at that time. I emailed them, went through that whole load of c*** and now I'm down to 1 that's still "processing". How hard is it to fix this??? Three process but the other 3 (that were paid at the same time) did not?? Now I have 1 more that still processing since over a month ago. It's ridiculous!!! They're calling me, sending me texts and emails and mail telling me it's lapsed and to call to make the payment but yet it's there... they just won't process it. Liberty National Life Insurance Company (the Company) acknowledges Mrs. ******* complaint.According to the Companys records, the premium payments are being paid online through our customer portal, therefore, we are unable to view how Mrs. ****** selects to make her payments until they are processed. Currently, all of Mrs. ******* policies have a paid-to-date of April 1, 2025, with the exception of the policy ending in 8894, which has a paid-to-date of June 1, 2025.Additionally, please note the Company has not been taken over by Globe ********. In November of 2020, we announced the marketing rebrand of Liberty National products. Liberty National Life Insurance Company is a subsidiary of *****************************. Awful! Globe Life is harassing me with solicitation/ mail be sent to me over and over again. I have called and requested several times for my address to be removed from their mailing lists. This is harassment! I will never become a customer of such a **********************. 1 starI have called to cancel my policy multiple times they refuse to cancel or send the check for my cash balance on the policy, I keep getting sent late payment notices and they told me a check for only $50 was sent when I was told it was more than that. They would not give me access to the website to pay the bills. Every time I try to log in it tells me to contact their customer support. Then they tell me everything looks correct and don't fix anything. They say to wait 2 days and try again and it still doesn't work Then I tell them to cancel the policy and they never cancel the policy I have to keep calling them back and they keep telling me to email a different email address to cancel. These guys are a scam and their customer service is a joke.Globe Life Liberty National Division

The previous response was submitted in error.Liberty National Life Insurance Company (the Company) acknowledges Mr. ******* complaint.Once a customer updates, or adds, their contact information to our system, it ordinarily takes one (1) business day before attempting to register an account online.According to our records, it appears Mr. ******* account was registered online on September 23, 2024. Additionally, it further appears Mr. ******* requested to cancel his policy. However, a Request for Policy Loan or CSV form was emailed to Mr. ******* to cash surrender his policy, yet, it does not appear we have received the completed form yet. My Mother died in January 2023. She had a cancer policy since the 1990s with this company. I was told to file a claim via the cancer policy, I have to collect itemized bills for all the treatments she received and submit them along with a claim form. I have sent the bills in, along with her death certificate and the claim form, no less than 4 times. I have contacted this company on 05/13/2024, 05/22/2024, 06/21/2024, 06/25/24, 07/11/2024, 07/12/2024, and on 08/30/2024. On 3 of those occasions, I was told that they could not find the records I had e-mailed in. During the third phone call, I was told that the e-mail address that one of their customer service representatives had given me was wrong. I emailed the records in again. I called again and was told that some of the records were received, but it did not appear that they were all received because there were 9 emails of records and they did not have a record of that. I called to check if they were received, the customer service representative could not tell me because she could not get a hold of anyone in the claims department. I called the next day and she could not tell me if the records were received because their system was down. I lodged a complaint on their portal on their website on 08/17/2024 just asking that someone call me to let me know what records they have received and what they had not received. Nothing. I called again today, 08/30/2024. I was told that I filed a dispute and it takes 14 days for it to be resolved and I need to wait. I received a check for $1,300 on 07/13/2024. I don't know what records they have. I don't know what records they reviewed. I have asked numerous times for someone to call me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told no, that I was speaking to the right person. But, again, they couldn't help me. They can't tell me what records they have received and they won't let me talk to anyone else. Appalling customer service.
