No stars, you don't want my opinion. Paid on a cancer policy that paid out 30k upon diagnosis for 30 years. Diagnosed with breast cancer last year and was told I never had that policy. Crooks and bad business. I DO NOT recommend them AT ALL!!

Liberty National Life Insurance Company (the Company) acknowledges Ms. ******** complaint.Ms. ******** cancer policy pays a benefit for First Diagnosis of cancer and other specified expenses.We have reviewed Ms. ******** cancer claims, and all applicable cancer benefits have been processed according to the information we received, as well as the provisions outlined in her policy. In 2023, we paid cancer benefits totaling $6,629.00 to ******************, and it appears all these cancer benefit checks have been cashed. On February 13, 2024, we mailed cancer benefit check for $1,070.00 to ******************, however, it appears this check has not been cashed and remains outstanding. We are in the process of reissuing this cancer benefit check and we will mail to ****************** at our earliest convenience. Furthermore, it seems ****************** is referencing a particular type of Lump Sum policy within her complaint. We would need the policy number and/or the first page of the policy for additional review. We wish ****************** well in her recovery. Thank you.

I have a cancer policy and life insurance policies with you all.....Do you not honor your policies? I am concerned because of some of the below comments. After all I had paid a lot of money to your company over the past 35 years, I would hope you would honor your policies ************

This is a pyramid scheme in a very poor disguise. Agents are easily confused when you ask them a question that they cant find on their scripts.

These sales people will not stop hounding us. We get a different person in our office weekly and we tell them each time we are not interested. Don't know how else to get the point across to them to leave us alone! We even put up a big no soliciting sign on the front door that they enter through!

My husband passed away from Cancer.I talked with ****** in **************** 3 times.Each time she was extremely helpful and answered my questions very patiently. And once she was actually getting over a cold and still was very helpful.I think ****** should be given a commendation.She is definitely the type of **************** Rep all businesses need.*******************

I have attempted to get clarity on my mothers policy since November 2023, when she passed. *** tried phone, email and in person with an agent. First we were told they didnt see any current policy. Then the only policy was old and no longer active. For over 5 years and longer they have auto drafted her account but stopped for no reason, at the time my mother got sick. Weve been told no policy, policy cancelled due to non payment, policy cashed out. Weve requested policy and any paperwork related to cash out. Again since November, still no assistance. ************************* law and similar situation, until finally settled. This used to be a company many of my friends and family used but I would recommend them to anyone. Thank God my mother had a second policy with another company, which honored the policy in just 2 weeks.

This company continues to withdraw unauthorized premiums from my checking account although my policy was cancelled in November 2023. The *** advised me on 2/13/24 that another policy was opened in November after the cancellation and that is why I am continuously being charged. I did not open another policy after canceling and this was done without my knowledge. I sent a certified letter to LIBERTY NATIONAL DIVISION PO BOX 8080 ******** ** ***** to make another attempt to cancel as instructed by the *** and have received no response. There have been numerous requests to cease withdrawals from my checking account from this ********************** and I continue to receive bills and unauthorized withdrawals . This is yet another attempt to stop taking unauthorized payments from my checking account and I am requesting a refund of all unauthorized payments taken from my account since November 2023, when the policy was cancelled. I will also be notifying the ** And DOI.

I had 2 salesman come to my office to tell me about their products. A few days later, 2 different salesman came to my office to follow up. I told them that we are not interested in their products. One of the first salesman sent an email to me a week later. I told them we are not interested in their products again. The 2nd two salesman showed up at my office again 8 days later, but i was not there at that time. ******************************* sent me an email advising that he was there and missed me. I asked him not to come back since we are not interested in his products and I work from multiple offices. He advised that he was going to come back, anyways. I told him that I am asking him not to return to our property and any further visits would be considered trespassing. He sent another email back saying that he has a license to visit people, so he is not trespassing. I responded to let him know that he is trespassing if he is asked not to return by the business. It can also be considered harassment. Again, I asked him not to come back. I have blocked his emails and hope that he doesn't come back, or I will file a legal complaint with the local police. Just wasting all my time!

I work there for 2 weeks doing everything that I needed to do. Going to the appointments that was set up, did the phone calls,and did the walk in that I needed to go. and now all of a sudden they said that my background is not going to work out or they have 10 days to process my background and I'm not being compensated for the two weeks that I did work there
