We had a terrible experience with ****** ******** and the *** *******. After our Tahoe died due to a factory recall, we were in a tough spot and needed a reliable vehicle fast. I specifically told ****** I wanted the new version without the same recall issue. He told us they had two: a black one without 4-wheel drive and a white one with 4-wheel drive. I wasnt thrilled about the white one due to the interior color, but we trusted him and moved forward with the purchase.Once we got home, we found out the white vehicle also did not have 4-wheel drivethe very feature we were told we were getting. When my husband contacted ** *******, his idea of making it right was offering us floor mats and a detail. Thats insulting considering the situation.This dealership took advantage of us during a stressful time. If the ** wont hold his team accountable for lying and misleading customers, that says everything you need to know. I found a truck online from this dealership, it was listed for $58,983. The truck was a 2024 ***** silverado 3500 with a flat bed (as discussed in the text messages). After asking for an out the door price on said truck, salesmen then said the out the door price was $76,616. After calling him he said they could not honor the $58,983 because the did not include the flat bed. But as discussed in the text and over the phone the flat bed was included. I would like for them for honor the original price of $58,983 as was listed on there website as well as auto trader.Business Response

Bought a 2024 ***** Silverado has been in the shop for 3weeks they can't figure out why the volume on the radio does not work. They told us it's normal for the radio to sound like that ,which is not true. When I put the volume up the sound of a song literally starts going up and down. I spoke to the service manager and he told me it was normal for the radio to do that which it's not true!!! They just don't want to replace the radio or fix it!!!Business Response

Date of Incident: July 6th, 2024 Location: Mazda El Dorado Summary:On July 6th, 2024, I visited Mazda El Dorado to explore purchasing a vehicle. Despite my recent licensure and lack of driving confidence, I was encouraged by the salesman, to test drive a car without being informed of the necessary insurance requirements or signing any liability agreements. During the test drive, which took place in a packed parking lot, I accidentally hit a parked vehicle while reversing.Key Issues:Coercion and Misinformation:The store manager, *********************, demanded that I pay $4,000 for the damage and purchase the vehicle on the spot, threatening to call the police if I refused. I was told that their insurance wouldnt cover the damage, which later proved to be false as the dealership was reimbursed by their insurance. I have video recordings that capture this conversation.Contract and Delivery Issues:I was coerced into signing a contract under duress, which stipulated a delivery date of July 6th, 2024. However, due to repair issues, the dealer could not deliver the car until August 5th, 2024. I am rejecting this response because:
1. I signed the contract under duress. Manager ********************* threatened to call the police unless I purchase the car and pay for the damage. I was still in shock and experienced a panic attack from the accident. I have a long medical history of severe anxiety, depression and other mental conditions. The manager took advantage of my mental state and made threats.
2. Despite the accident, the dealership wasn't able to deliver my car util August 5th. The contract clearly states that the promised delivery date is July 6th. I consider this a breach of contract and extremely poor customer service. This delay has caused me significant financial loss and mental stress that impacted my work, school, and daily activities, especially during my recent relocation to ******

I scheduled an oil change and the replacement of the battery in my 2014 Corvette and delivered it at 1030 am on 30 April for the service.I was told it would take a couple of hours, so I elected to wait in the service lounge while the requested service was completed.I was told it was finally ready at 2:45 pm and paid for the service. However, I was never given a reason for the excessive time to complete the service. When I approached the car, which had been left running, I attempted to open the trunk using the key fob to ensure the battery had indeed been replaced. In short, the trunk would not open, and further inspection by the service manager, ****, verified that it was not operating correctly. He drove the car back to the service department and informed me that the car was now having many issues that inhibited the operation of the windows as well as the ability to restart the car!They kept the car overnight and as of 3:30, I still have not received an update on my vehicle and am truly concerned that this dealership has failed to complete a simple maintenance task as agreed to in our contract!Initial Complaint

we have records that show **************** ***** came in the dealership on 7/6/2023 at 4:18pm. He gave us his credit information including social security number address etc. so we pulled his credit. Presented a price and payments which he declined. I am unsure why he thinks he didn't authorize us to pull his credit. I purchased a car from El Dorado Chevrolet, and ********, ***** from the beginning of the purchase. There were problems. They gave me false information about the reading on the meter. They had to change the paperwork to fix it. This a link from Experian that explains that multiple submissions by one dealer does not hurt your credit score. It is actually better for the consumer because the banks must be competitive in order to gain this customers financing.
If a customer goes to multiple dealerships and has his or her credit pulled is when the credit score is effected.

I was served papers for a lawsuit involving another driver that shows to have been driving a 2022 Chevrolet owned by me. I have never loaned my truck to anyone that wrecked it, and my truck was never wrecked from new to trade in both at El Dorado Chevrolet in ********, **. I was given the wrong registration and license plates by ********************** from a purchase in October 2022. My truck was VIN# *****************. I was given plates and registration with my name on the envelope but the name inside was *********************** *** with VIN# ***************** and plate numbers SHD5583. My plates and tags must have been given to someone else that ended up in a crash and should be in the lawsuit instead of me. Lawsuit Case **-23-19196 even says the vehicle was a 2022 Chevrolet ****, and mine was only a ****. El Dorado and ****** Associates have me tied up in a lawsuit that I should not be. El Dorado also gave me below value for the truck I traded in because it showed an accident that it was not ever in, I assume based on the license plates that actually belonged to me were given to someone else, just like I got ones that did not belong to me.Business Response
