I placed an order on 11/5/2021 and have not received my order. It was for the $99.99 package with $5.99 shipping. Total $105.98. I have reached out via email 2 times with no response. Very poor customer service. I would like my order or a full refund.Initial Complaint

Upon purchasing I never received a tracking order number as described. I have called, emailed, text messaged with absolutely no reply. I have tried to track my order on their website and their application is out of order to track. This company is apparently a fraud also in accordance to other BBB reviewers and purchasers. I am seeking a refund of 155.98 for a purchase of 1x Complete Ministry + Church Charter Package - Minister for $149.99 each + 5.99 rush shipping. My order number is********Initial Complaint

Purchased a Complete Ministry Package from United National Ministry - Get Ordained Date of transaction: 11/20/2021 Amount paid: $105.98 The business stated that we would get my package within 1-2 days. On Nov. 20th, order****** was confirmed, and then same day email sent stating package had been shipped. As of today, Nov. 28th 2021 still have not received package, tried to contact company to no avail; would like to have my money refunded to me as well a written apology for representing the Christian faith to sell and defraud Christians.Initial Complaint

I received a confirmation email and a shipping notification email on 10/16/21 for my purchase of a Wedding Ministry Package for 79.99 and expedited shipping for 5.99 for a grand total of $85.98. My order number is XXXXX. I still have not received my products. I have reached out via email and called and left a message with them. No one will contact me back. Their link to track on their website also does not work.Business response

UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE I ORDERED THEIR PRODUCT LIKE I NORMALY DO WHEN ORDERING ANYTHING. NOW I AM AM IN THE SAME SITUATION THAT ALL THE REVIEWS ARE IN. NO PRODUCT RECEIVED, NO STATUS ON SHIPMENT AVAILABLE, NO RETURN PHONE CALLS, NO RETURN EMAILS, NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, GOD WILL PUNISH YOU!!!!
