In October of 2021, I signed-up for a year of access to CatholicBrain.com.In October of 2022, the company charged my CC $1299.00 before the end of the year. I contacted them asking that they cancel the subscription because it was not worth the fee to me for another year. I spoke by phone with their representative, and this person cancelled my subscription and said that the refund request would be forwarded to the management for processing. It would normally take ***** days. I called and talked to the same person almost weekly as time progressed. Then I started emailing the business, because I thought I may need proof that I was actually requesting a refund and working with them. The representative finally said they did not know what else to do and sent me the ***'s contact information to see if I could get a response from the *** personally. As of today, I have not even received an email in response to mine. The ***'s email and phone that I was given by the representative to contact is ************* - ************************* / **************.
