      In October of 2021, I signed-up for a year of access to CatholicBrain.com.In October of 2022, the company charged my CC $1299.00 before the end of the year. I contacted them asking that they cancel the subscription because it was not worth the fee to me for another year. I spoke by phone with their representative, and this person cancelled my subscription and said that the refund request would be forwarded to the management for processing. It would normally take ***** days. I called and talked to the same person almost weekly as time progressed. Then I started emailing the business, because I thought I may need proof that I was actually requesting a refund and working with them. The representative finally said they did not know what else to do and sent me the ***'s contact information to see if I could get a response from the *** personally. As of today, I have not even received an email in response to mine. The ***'s email and phone that I was given by the representative to contact is ************* - ************************* / **************. Thank you for looking into this matter and any help you can provide.

      April 23, 2023.   Thank you for your assistance.   The company did not contact me or make any attempt at a refund or resolution.
