    They have left a lake in front of me and the people across the street. Public works says its the developer and **** says its them. I literally drive through iron and ***** just to get in my home and then told drive through it so I can ruin the house I paid almost ******. The developer drove off on the lady across the street and me while we were trying to get them to look at it. It wont let me post pics but I have tons

    DO NOT EVER BUY RYAN HOMES. NO MATTER what. My house is not even 13 years old and we have water leaking from our bathrooms into our kitchen. After much money spent, we have come to find out the bathrooms were not sealed properly. THE BEST PART is that a lot of homes (all Ryan Homes) in our neighborhoods had THE SAME ISSUE!!! Poorly and cheaply built homes - STAY AWAY
